coffee prince

coffee princecafeis one of the coziest korean cafes around the metro. their first branch in the capitol area was indeed very charming and always jam-packed with people. their foods slightly elevate compared to other cafes that i'd tried before, but also they're a bit price-y. unfortunately, they have wifi passwords but their connection sucks. same goes with their other branch. they should also know that other people go to coffee shops to use the internet for work and studies, so i hope they look into that :) more reviews on my blog

coffee princecafeis a modern korean cafe! i love the style and the design especially on the second floor. i love relaxing in this place with mocha frappe on the side or the hot cappuccino.. my high school friends love the place too..it so cozy for studying, making blogs and chit chatting.

honest review:
the staffs are well accomodating. the food was okay. i ordered clubhouse sandwich i rate it 6.5 maybe their other foods are delicious. the java chip is their best seller and yup it was delicious. maybe they need to repair the cr which is very important. i went there alone and i cant leave my things exposed just to go out of thecafeand go to the cr.

ordered their iced caramel macchiato and it was too sweet. my friend also said that hercafemocha was also sweet. also, they are a bit expensive. the ambiance is very nice. so comfortable especially if you just want to chill with your barkadas. i've always wanted to come here since the idea of the coffee shop was from one of my favorite korean series "the 1st shop of coffee prince". the baristas also wears almost the same outfit just like the korean series.

the place is super cute. but im a little disappointed on the prices. i think its a little expensive for acafelike this, they almost have similar prices from starbucks. and their clubhouse sandwich is expensive.

food a little bit pricey. the internet is slow since there a lot of people are using it. if you just want to chill and surf the net or watch something online, i do not recommend this place but if you want to just hang out and talk to your friends with matching photo shoots and selfies, this could be the perfect place. thecafeis so nice to take picture with and post it on instagram.

coffee prince will always be my favoritecafeever, also a best place for studyouts. even if the prices of their menu are all expensive but still worth it. the place, the ambiance are all the best. all of their foods are delicious. their crews are also accommodating and also so "gwapo" hehehe. 💕

place: i'm gonna rate their place @ 4,the place is really good, very relaxing, quite and not so crowded. i like the interior of the place and how they accentuate the colors. it's good to look at.

food: the most important part.. well, hmmm... i'd say i'll give it a 3. we're still a bit full when we came here so we just ordered strawberry lemon freeze, mixed berries smoothie and choco waffle. i ordered mixed berries for my self and my fiance got strawberry lemon for himself.. but honestly i like the strawberry lemon over mixed berries, simply because strawberry lemon has this sour taste which compliments to the sweetness of it, i'd say it wasn't boring unlike mixed berries which didn't met much of my expectations.... i was actually expecting it to be sour and very thrilling inside my mouth but it was so blunt and flat. the choco waffle was delish....i love how the ice cream perfectly compliments with the warm waffle... it wasn't too sweet as well it was just perfect.

cost efficiency: hmm... it's just a little pricy for me.. well compare with other café that offers similar service.

service: i hate going to place where the service crews don't even smile... and i think this place is one of those... i don't feel that welcoming atmosphere... i didn't feel special when i get in... well after all that's what makes a good customer service right? when you feel special and valued. i didn't have that feel in here... so 2 for customer service.

over all... i'd say.... i may or may not come back. there's nothing special with this place.

coffee prince is located at capitol site right across cebu doctors hospital. it occupies a newly renovated 2-storey old house. the space is indeed bigger compared to other cafes i have browsed over the internet. i was delighted upon entering coffee prince since it was the very first themedcafe(korean) that i have stepped foot on.  our choice of caffeine drinks: a mason jar of frappe and a cup of latte.

café at the heart of the city – that is how i can describe the newly opened (not new anymore as i’m posting this coz i visited the café a month ago) café. i also feel like i’m in a doll house the whole time i was inside the cafe, probably because of their interior setup.

lately, cebu has been a home to many coffee houses. from time to time, there are a lot of cafes opening within just a month, just like how 7/11 boomed here. coffee prince cebu is no difference, they opened their doors last august 17, 2014 but it wasn’t until friday of that week that i visited the place.

based from the info i’ve heard ’round town, coffee prince is based on the korean tv series with the same name, coffee prince. i think that’s why their uniform also resembles those from the series. apart from the previouscafei’ve visited, coffee prince cebu is more like starbucks, bo’s coffee and the earlier coffee houses here, though they differ in their setup (i meant the interior of course). the café is more like a korean touch and the division of their room-like place is more like that of the gentleman coffee house (though i haven’t visited that yet… i just saw it).

their products are so affordable and they did not (at least that was how i saw it) offer korean foods despite the korean-like ambiance. they offer their guests pastas and desserts like lasagna and choco waffle. their drinks and food price ranges from php 170 to php 200. you can find their menu on their counter and also the password for their wifi is in the counter area but you can also approach one of their crew to ask for a password.

the place is also a hotspot area with i think 3 sources. their entertainment is that wig thingy were you can take pictures with those wigs on and you’ll also definitely love the stuff toys they displayed there. their stuff toys remind me of those from the korean tv series, princess hours. they also have 4 heart-shaped screens (i’m not quite sure if screen is an appropriate term for that) on which you put your love locks.

the cozy feels of this café is the reason why i always keep on coming back. i love their coffee as well as their food. i also love their "pakulo" such as food promos and stuff like valentines trivia. their food presentation is very instagramable!
