bestcupcakesin montreal!. i've purchased an array of items from cocoa locale and have never been disappointed. each sweet is clearly made with love and quality ingredients. i love the rustic look of the cakes, delicately decorated with fresh flower petals. the spicy chocolate brownies are rich and decadent and thecupcakesare by far the best i've ever had. ever.

love. this. place. i adore this place. it blows away all of thecupcakesi've had in montreal, new york, elsewhere. the cakes are fantastic. the flavors are interesting. reema is adorable. so is the decor. love this place. can't say it enough.
