didn't live up to the reviews.... i was recently in st. louis on a quick business trip and wanted to find a respectable cup of coffee.citycoffee house popped up, had good reviews, and crepes so i was sold. the staff was very nice and the atmosphere charming but i found that the food and drink did not live up to their hype. my latte had over-frothed cappuccino style foam, the espresso was burnt and, even after adding honey, the drink left a lingering unpleasant taste in my mouth. the crepe menu was extensive (and i loved the chalk art style of it) but in practice the crepe was too thick for my liking... in france they are paper thin, delicate almost. this crepe, though still tasty, was much more akin to a thin pancake, denser and thicker that i'd have liked.
i would go back to try their other kinds of crepes but the coffee left me wanting and i would not get it again.
