the place is quite good. themanageris very friendly. on my small request for less cheese in my cheese naan he provided us with another freshly prepared properly filled cheese naan.

visited this place for an early morning breakfast around at 8 am. wanted to visit this place before leaving siliguri.
when we reached we saw the menu of ala carte and there was a huge buffet spread as well for the breakfast .
on enquiring to mr anjani the steward about buffet cost he said it 250 rs + taxes which makes it 309 rs . so me and my husband decided that this looks a better deal with so many things to try . so we went ahead with buffet breakfast .
no doubt the buffet spread was awesome in its varieties.
they had a huge counter of salads, sprouts,hams,sandwiches,juices,milkshakes,gulab jamun etc .
they had another live counter of dosa as well as of different kinds of omelettes .
except these live counters they had idli,medu wada, pav bhaji, pongal, sambhar, fried rice veg and veg in some sauce , fish , bread counter along with few cakes and muffin options.
not to end here there were few other things too but we tried v limited stuff as we were full in few dishes.
after we finished our breakfast and when we were about to have our coffee,the same steward comes an tells us that he made a mistake an the buffet is for 350+taxes .
we were quite surprised that why dint he tell us all these before we even started our breakfast.
this was a trick of his may be that's what we felt .though no doubt the food was good and tasty.
all the dishes were very well made and seemed fresh but such unethical thing is not accepted.
we asked him to call the manager,for first few minutes themanagerdint turn up on again asking him about the manager, themanagercame and told us it was a mistake and he can't do anything, so we said we will pay how muchever was told to us ,on which he said it's better then u don't pay.
i mean the mistake is their's and they still expect us to pay for the price what was not told to us even after asking them well in advance . what kind of attitude ..!!
we had a bad experience early in morning ,though would like to thank them as we had breakfast free of cost finally .
though we do not like to do this,but had to as to teach them a lesson.
all the best team, see to it such mistakes if rectified well in advance will not create such an impression .
for their this kind of behaviour i would rate then 1 .
