please expect you to run to the staff to remind them about the order..very late service, they tend to even forget your order

we went for a quiet dinner on the navami night around 11 pm.. thankfully the place was still open. we ordered chingri malaikari and chicken kosha with steamed basmati rice. the chingri malaikari was really a gastronomical experience but the chicken dish could have been better. overall a great experience.

great ambience. the decor just adds to the peaceful aura. the only complaint i had was in the sandwhich. they stated corgetti but placed sliced zucchini in it. the mesclun leaves were missing. the rest of the food was great and i love their chai. you can have a great time here.

the place is quite good. the manager is very friendly. on my small request for less cheese in my cheese naan he provided us with another freshly prepared properly filled cheese naan.

nice ambience...staff are well behaved..food decoration was good..but food tastes are little bit lower than other restaurants..this is my opinion..

lovely ambience, and good food quality. service staff was cordial and professional, ordered one plate of rice and yellow dal - enough to suffice a group of 4 (after a couple of starters and soups). one of the better dining experiences in siliguri.

i was on my way to gangtok today from bagdogra airport when i passed by the citrus café at lemon tree, and decided to stop there for lunch. i ordered a pasta dish and was very impressed by it! they prepared it just how i wanted it; the flavours were dancing on my taste buds. it was delicious! i'm so glad i went there for lunch! i'll definitely visit again.
the hotel and restaurant are super-clean and smell great. the menu has something for everyone. the lighting is soft and creates the perfect ambience for any kind of meal. the staff are warm and friendly. i highly recommend this place 😁

ordered from citrus cafe late night at 3:30 am.

dal makhani (5 out of 5) : thick dal makhani with an amazing blend of overnight cooked lentils and spices.

paneer tikka lababdar (5 out of 5) : its a mouth melting preparation of cream paneer. it consists of cream paneer , few vegetables like capsicum onion..and gravy. the paneer melts in the mouth like soft candy. very flavourful and delicious. loved it.

hyderabadi biryani veg (5 out of 5) : very flavourful, lots of vegetables, rice cooked to perfection. just one tip : have it hot. dont eat after it gets cold.

tawa roti (3 out of 5): the rotis could have been more perfect in a way of softness and less thickness.
also, no butter was there. maybe they could have served but we didnt ask for it specifically.

overall , amazing food. quantity of all the items were very good. you get 3 pieces of tawa roti in one portion which costs ₹69.

the service was a bit delayed, but the staff is courteous and the ambience is great. make sure you try the chingri malai here. it's awesome!

visited this place for an early morning breakfast around at 8 am. wanted to visit this place before leaving siliguri.
when we reached we saw the menu of ala carte and there was a huge buffet spread as well for the breakfast .
on enquiring to mr anjani the steward about buffet cost he said it 250 rs + taxes which makes it 309 rs . so me and my husband decided that this looks a better deal with so many things to try . so we went ahead with buffet breakfast .
no doubt the buffet spread was awesome in its varieties.
they had a huge counter of salads, sprouts,hams,sandwiches,juices,milkshakes,gulab jamun etc .
they had another live counter of dosa as well as of different kinds of omelettes .
except these live counters they had idli,medu wada, pav bhaji, pongal, sambhar, fried rice veg and veg in some sauce , fish , bread counter along with few cakes and muffin options.
not to end here there were few other things too but we tried v limited stuff as we were full in few dishes.
after we finished our breakfast and when we were about to have our coffee,the same steward comes an tells us that he made a mistake an the buffet is for 350+taxes .
we were quite surprised that why dint he tell us all these before we even started our breakfast.
this was a trick of his may be that's what we felt .though no doubt the food was good and tasty.
all the dishes were very well made and seemed fresh but such unethical thing is not accepted.
we asked him to call the manager,for first few minutes the manager dint turn up on again asking him about the manager, the manager came and told us it was a mistake and he can't do anything, so we said we will pay how muchever was told to us ,on which he said it's better then u don't pay.
i mean the mistake is their's and they still expect us to pay for the price what was not told to us even after asking them well in advance . what kind of attitude ..!!
we had a bad experience early in morning ,though would like to thank them as we had breakfast free of cost finally .
though we do not like to do this,but had to as to teach them a lesson.
all the best team, see to it such mistakes if rectified well in advance will not create such an impression .
for their this kind of behaviour i would rate then 1 .

this is an amazing place to be when all you want to do is have a good food indulgent idea on your mind with a beautiful zen garden with a serene water view. i love this place and the food is super amazing look for kao suey ask the chef it's not mentioned on the menu though. everything they prepare is so perfectly made you got to try it for yourself!

very well upstreet decor, good ambience, service is excellent.
i was staying at this hotel, and had all my meals here. they offer a variety of cuisines and all are well cooked. they offers very well spread breakfast buffet. the desserts offered were excellent. is a must visit for all.
