one of austin's best. i've been eating at cisco's since the mid-seventies, when i used to come to austin for state business from el paso; originally because the food reminded me of ep food. the bisquets are amazing, the enchiladas authentic, and the migas define "migas" for me! as they say, thisplaceis reminiscent of the "old" austin, when we were a small college town with added hippies and cowboys and local hispanics and politicos... everyone came to cisco's. it is a landmark of austin! jn
