disgustingplace! today we came to visit thisplacefrom deccan . we were tired and hungry and wanted to sit in a coolplaceso we headed towards corner of the restaurant. two girls who were at the entrance firstly gave us weird looks and enquired if we were looking for someone already sitting inside . seriously? is this the way the to talk to your guests who had come to eat. the incident happened today at 6 pm . owner of this restaurant can check the cctv if we are talking any shit .
the other girl who was wearing a black skirt with white tshirt was behaving as if we had come to eat for free. she denied for the seat which we requested as if she owns the restaurant. she was constantly arguing not to occupy the seat where we wanted to seat inspite of the entire restaurant was vacant with no single. customers. she was so arrogant and humiliating us that those seats are reserved. i don't think there is any reservation system in any restaurant based on the type of seat ! please don't fool us . we were not coming for the first time in any restaurant.
later this girl, rudely said to me and mom ,"go seat there ". i would have slapped that girl for insulting us.
stop differentiating customer basis which seat should they occupy .
do customers pay different bill amount based on the seat they wish to occupy
will those two receptionist behave this way with other male customers ? do they have such guts ?
owner to take some strict actions against those two girls .
showing arrogance to any customers is not acceptable. please keep your attitude at home .i should created of those girls and posted on social media .
we stood up from there and went to other restaurant. self respect is important !
your guests are not your servants.
owner to reply on our review and take cognizance of this matter and should not employ such underrated staff in such fancy restaurant .
