disgusting and overpriced. we ordered a layered lemon cake. poorly decorated you could barely make out the writing on the top. it looked like someone used pepto-bismol to decorate with. the kids saidicingtasted soapy and refused to eat it. my husband and i agree. the "lemon" flavor didn't taste lemony at all. it tasted like a bag of sugar with lots of yellow dye. the "white chocolate" shavings on sided for decoration ended up not tasting anything like white chocolate and we think it's just wax shavings. nobody had more than one bite and thew the whole cake away. what a waste of money. when your paying this much for a cake you except something that is edible which was far from what we received.

i had always thought very highly of thus family owned and operated bakery but when my wedding cake wasn't what i had ordered i asked for a round cake and got rectangular cake i asked for fondant polka dots and got odd looking dots made withicingnot to mention the cake was uneven. ...i called and made a complaint but it was obviously to late to get another cake and the employee argued with me and thus happened back in november but has really gotten under my skin with it needless to say be careful and check your cake thoroughly before leaving

i am so bummed about the cake they made for my 40th birthday. it literally looks like they just threw it together. it was supposed to have pictures on the cake... and it did- but they were cut out and just slapped on there. noicingpiped around them , just very, very unprofessional. i've ordered cakes here many times but this was the first custom cake. never again. i'm actually embarassed about this cake--- so much so, i pulled over to write this review as i left the bakery on the way to my party. that's how bad it looks.

this place is a beaches staple. theicingis famous! (if you feel that put to much on, just scrap some off) i grew up going to this place. great baked items and delu food!

too muchicingcan be a bad thing. i had heard raves about this place so i trekked out there. ordered a few different cookies and after the first bite my teeth did a protest on me. the iced cooked had just too muchicingfor my liking. the sugar cookies were ok, a little hard but much better than a pound oficingon top. if you like super, sugary, sweet iced cookies than this is your place otherwise stay away, unless you also like some religion with your cookies because you can get that there as well, which i found just a bit odd.
