great food. horrible customer service.. i use toorderlunch here for a large group of co-workers at a local hospital all the time. iorderwas always incorrect. when i called to let them know they were incredibly rude. some ghetto woman that works there insisted on arguing with me, called me a liar and refused to let me speak to a manager or owner. once i called back again, i was able to speak to the owner and he was even worse. they have absolutely no idea what good customer service is and it is completely ridiculous. it stinks that they will continue to lose business because of something that could be fixed.
i tried giving them yet another chance today and it was still horrible!!!
