great food. horrible customer service.. i use to order lunch here for a large group of co-workers at a local hospital all the time. i order was always incorrect. when i called to let them know they were incredibly rude. some ghetto woman that works there insisted on arguing with me, called me a liar and refused to let me speak to a manager or owner. once i called back again, i was able to speak to the owner and he was even worse. they have absolutely no idea what good customer service is and it is completely ridiculous. it stinks that they will continue to lose business because of something that could be fixed.

i tried giving them yet another chance today and it was still horrible!!!

average at best. definately not worthy of its high rating at all. small, marginally clean, not special or imaginative at all. burger and gyro lack luster and neighborhood seems to be trying to improve bit has not made the turn yet. pass on this one as i am sure there are better choices.

:( booooo!! a co-worker called to see if they still delivered (bearcat book says the deliver orders over $25). she was told "yes if placed by 11:15. called to place order by 11:15 and was then told no delivery. girl on the phone was rude and then hung up on my co-worker. we usually order from the once every 2-3 weeks for 7-10 pp....not anymore. food is ok. lemonades are good.

great place for a quick bite.  working in public safety it can be hard to find a good place to eat with a variety of items to choose from that is fast in the preparation of the food.  not to mention they are open late and the prices are very reasonable.

the food is just okay. what's attractive are the prices. if you have $5.00 in your pocket, you can get a cheeseburger and fries that are a far cry from fine dining quality but still at least a step or two above mcdonald's.

lemonade was good, cheesesteak was mediocre. it wasn't anything special. definitely not one of my favorite places in clifton. i got begged for food/money 2 different times while inside the restaurant. the business owners have no control over that, it certainly ruined the atmosphere for me.

bad ordering service. absolutely horrible service. mutiple times i have been hung up on, asked to call back, and told they are too busy for orders. the employees can be very rude. the fries are usually pretty soggy. it's unfortunate because the gyro sandwich is really good.

chicken quesadilla and pineapple lemonade. so affordable, and super flavorful, my favorite quesadilla anywhere. they are absolutely awesome to order lunch from for work. they're delivery is fast and they are always so nice and patient with our large delivery orders.

out of all my travels i am in awe of how terrible this place is. from the complaining staff to the disorganization as i ordered before many and was the last to get served. i return to hotel expecting a feast for my effort and patience. nope small meal. cold freezer burnt meat. my dogs eat better than i did for dinner.

little dive, great food for a reasonable price ($6-8). but service in general is a little poor. but you get your food quick as well, i recommend it, but make sure you check your food before you leave for accuracy.

a food staple on short vine!. cincy steak & lemonade is still on my speed dial and i haven't lived in clifton for a few years. it's a very small spot, basically a hole in the wall. i think there might be room for 8 people to sit down inside, but it's meant to be a carryout spot. the shakes are delicious but its the wings that will have you coming back for more! 9 piece whole wings with corn bread and fries for $10. can't beat it! the sandwiches are good too, but try the chicken wings!!

love it. i've been going here since they opened a few years back and can't say i have any real complaints. the chicken philly, with xtra cheese and xtra seasoning on the fries!!! mmmmmmm...and the lemonade speaks for itself...going in, you have to remember where you are...a little, hole in the wall, neighborhood spot! with that being said, expect tude sometimes...not saying its ok but it's just one of those is what it is things...food always good and hot and delicious and tasty so sometimes its take the good with the bad...i will say the manager dude has always been super nice and personable so hopefully the rude person is gone...
