we pre-ordered $60 of fish and chips online. we used the online ordering system to state the time that we would collect the food. only half of the order was given to us. it was cold, extremely oily, and the fish had fallen apart and mixed with the other items. after driving down the street, we saw half of thefoodwas missing, so i rang ahead to say that we were coming back. the rest of thefoodwas handed over but it too was cold.this was an emergency family dinner, so we had to cut our losses and feed the kids the chips. this wasn’t the first time that the restaurant had made mistakes with our orders.
but, after a few tries, here i am sharing the review. hoping things improve for future customers.
in the end, most of thefoodwas inedible.
