wonderfulserviceat chili's. especially theserviceprovided by dashing devi. she was very friendly and loved her service!

the food was good and everything. however, what we felt was a bit too much was the 15%servicecharge. even in developed countries, a 15%servicecharge is given for exceptionalserviceonly. to make it mandatory is not fair.

good ambiance.... good food....servicewere good... especially ms.devi is too good in service... tacos was good.

we came for chills for the first time , chicken flat bread was amazing,theservicewere awesome.... the dining were very neat

paid a visit to chili’s for a late lunch after a shopping spree in phoenix mall.
the ambience was good with standard chili’s templated decals.
right from the moment i stepped in, observed theserviceto be a bit tad. waited closely to more than 15 minutes for a waiter to just attend our table.
placed order for smoked chicken quesadilla, grilled chicken burger and cajun chicken pasta. was relieved that the order was delivered within next 15 minutes 🙃

smoked chicken quesadilla:
this dish was the pick of the lot. crispy tortillas was filled with diced chicken, veggies and their own made cheese which was the icing. just loved the quesadillas and it was top notch.

cajun chicken pasta:
it was penne pasta with creamy alfredo sauce topped with grilled chicken and more cheese. garlic bread accompanied as a side kick. this dish was just ok. loved the cheese and grilled chicken though, but the alfredo sauce didn’t much satiate me.

grilled chicken burger:
this could be the least rated among what i tried. the grilled chicken was quite hard and the burger bread was so blatant and raw. later, reported this to the waiter, who responded and reduced the charge for this dish.

chili’s is a place to hang out during this ipl season with buddies, to relax, chill and have the best pasta, steaks and grilled chicken in town. it will be better if they improve the overall quality with their service. it’s slightly overpriced, but it’s completely justifiable for the taste and quality of food they render.

a pretty expensive place, still chose to dine-in here because of the reputation chili's holds. have had good experiences with chili's in the other cities but this was my first visit to the place in chennai.
the ambience was dull and place looked deserted, not any where near the chili's vibe. theservicewas average and of course the food took way more time to reach our tables.
but the taste of the food had nothing to complain. we visited the place for a quick meal and so just ordered a chipotle cottage cheese rice bowl and crispy broccoli tacos.
though the price was on a higher side the taste and the portion size made the cost worth it. the rice bowl topped with tossed cottage cheese fingers, veggies and chipotle sauce was definitely delectable.
and the rightly crispy broccoli elevated the taco experience.
overall, we loved the food despite the price but the outlet can be made more vibrant and happening.

horrible service. takes more than a hour to get food to your table. food taste is good but time taken to deliver food on the table is bad.when asked we got an answer what are we supposed to do during peak hours. if that's the case i shouldn't be charged 140 as aservicecharge !! i don't recommend going here. very shittyserviceand too arrogant staff.

worst hospitality. poor and delayed services.
