thanks for chilis food is really tasty.especially grillchickenburger ,cramy jalapeno wings and mango chili margarita, sizzling chocolate brownie is yummy. hospitality is very good 👍 would like to give a special thank for mr. bala for the pleasant food serving.

service: they took 20mins to take an order, most of the guests were leaving after 15 mins. staffs won’t take order, unless you call them;

food: most of the food in the menu weren’t available
orderedchickenranch burger- worst burger i’ve ever had, pooorest quality bun and fries were over fried all blackish.
spicy smoked pasta with so called garlic bread- too much creamy overshadowed spices,chickenin the pasta was really good tho. corns were frozen. they forgot to serve garlic bread and later when we asked they gave toasted bun? the bun used for burger?? it is the worst place i’ve ever had dinner.

ordered nachos andchickencrispers platter..both substandard and low quality. while the menu has promising words written with the food, but the food served doesn't match in any way to the items claimed in the menu. price is high for the substandard food..had chillis food in banglore it was too good..but here in chillis, phoenix mall, it's just bad food with chillis good menu card.

the first experience should be the best to have remarkable dining experience. the taste and quality of thechickenranch burger is really unique and the taste of thechickenis nice. the red velvet cake is prepared delicately and the ingredients used are fresh in preparing the cake.

i was very satisfied on my first visit at chili's ,we were hungry and we are looking for place to eat then we find the chilis it was amazing.the server were tooo good they explained everything and they were very polite.we tried baby back ribs and jalabinochickenwas good.excellent taste and huge food

we came for chills for the first time ,chickenflat bread was amazing,the service were awesome.... the dining were very neat

i visit first time to chilis. i ordered smokedchickenquesetila it's gives nice taste nd the ambience were excellent, bala suggest me this food and also provide me a friendly service....i will satisfied with his services.

the cajunchickenpasta was really good. it's a must try . if you are into salads, the carribean shrimp salad would be a nice option. also a shoutout to mr.shanmugham , the place manager , he was very polite and made us really comfortable . overall a good experience if you don't mind the waiting time during peak hours !!

it was my first visit to chili's and i instantly regretted my decision.

i instantly felt a very dull vibe while entering the place, the staff attitude was like meh. the music was good.

i ordered signaturechickenwings, burger, cajun pasta.

wings were well cooked, but the quantity was paltry for the price they charge.

burger was juicy, but lacked salt and was overcooked i opted for bacon but i couldn't find the bacon anywhere. the fries accompanied were good but lacked salt.

thechickenwas cooked well, but pasta lacked flavour felt bland.

overall i was displeased, might not visit again.

i have visited chili's outlets in multiple cities and the mexican rice bowl has been my favourite to order everywhere. what i received yesterday was not even close to chili's standards. did not have the standard ingredients, the rice was bland, no kidney beans, corn strips or sour cream.chickenwas dry like cardboard. absolutely disappointed

paid a visit to chili’s for a late lunch after a shopping spree in phoenix mall.
the ambience was good with standard chili’s templated decals.
right from the moment i stepped in, observed the service to be a bit tad. waited closely to more than 15 minutes for a waiter to just attend our table.
placed order for smokedchickenquesadilla, grilledchickenburger and cajunchickenpasta. was relieved that the order was delivered within next 15 minutes 🙃

smokedchickenquesadilla:
this dish was the pick of the lot. crispy tortillas was filled with diced chicken, veggies and their own made cheese which was the icing. just loved the quesadillas and it was top notch.

cajunchickenpasta:
it was penne pasta with creamy alfredo sauce topped with grilledchickenand more cheese. garlic bread accompanied as a side kick. this dish was just ok. loved the cheese and grilledchickenthough, but the alfredo sauce didn’t much satiate me.

grilledchickenburger:
this could be the least rated among what i tried. the grilledchickenwas quite hard and the burger bread was so blatant and raw. later, reported this to the waiter, who responded and reduced the charge for this dish.

chili’s is a place to hang out during this ipl season with buddies, to relax, chill and have the best pasta, steaks and grilledchickenin town. it will be better if they improve the overall quality with their service. it’s slightly overpriced, but it’s completely justifiable for the taste and quality of food they render.

i was very satisfied on my first visit to chili's.

triple dipper (southwestern rolls, texas cheese poppers andchickenwings) - each of them were really good, with a special mention to the rolls.

chipotlechickenrice bowl - very elaborately schemed recipe which satisfies you in all aspects. i was amazed by the large quantity too.

mix and match fajita - a gastronomical experience, one of the best dishes i've had in a while. meat was well cooked and tastefully flavoured.

philadelphia melting cheese steak - on par with any other quality steak that you can get in chennai, no complaints.

the ambience was typical and staff were friendly too.
cost to quality ratio was above par thanks to zomato pro.
