i usually visit this branch during the ramadan days with my family for iftar buffet and we all really like the food but when i visited this place yesterday, it was my worst experience and really felt embarrassed in front of my family. so weorderedthe below dishes:

beef nihari - it was tasteless, and the beef was not fresh. the piece was hard and smelly. 0/10

chicken kadai- first of all, it came in a small cooper bowl which is only enough for one person with only two small pieces of chicken and price cost aed 30. i don't know why they gave name of "kadai" it was just a mixture of all unknown spices. 0/10

mix grill chicken/mutton: chicken boti , both mutton and chicken kabab were only good in taste ! mutton boti was raw and hard to chew. 6/10.

service is really very slow and only the atmosphere is good just because of the outdoor sitting arrangement.

dont know how this restaurant has so many branches in uae just wondering. we haveordered1st time mix grilled chicken , fish tikka and chicken biriyani. very disappointing and sad to say none of the dishes were not even average and we threw our food sadly . if you give good food that even a small piece of bread that would be divine . this is just blunders

absolutely disgusting!!orderedthe mix grill which consists of chicken and mutton! the mutton was not cooked at all!! it was just red with blood. tastes like blood in your mouth. look at the photos! the chicken was cooked very well and tasted good on the palette. a bit spicy, however, i like it that way. the packaging was rubbish. the meat juices were all out of the silver foil and in the plastic bag. i guess they only specialise in chicken. clearly shows in their name! so, on this very disgusting iron taste in my mouth, i've successfully wasted my money on getting raw, blood soaked meat with all the parasites and bacteria still living in it! this was delivered from the business bay branch! very very disappointed and furious!!

the worst restaurant i have everorderedfrom. i don't advise ! do not order from them, none of the chicken dishes were correct . they also called for breast on the menu and obviously sent thai meat which i don't eat, and when i pointed it out they said they wound not replace the items with the correct order. terrible food and terrible customer service to make it worse 🤯

have been a loyal customer of cti since long and have visited most branches but this was my first time in business bay branch.

this branch has good views if dining outside and have one of the best and tastiest foods in their menu.

weorderedchicken reshmi kebab and chicken achari along with a mix of puri and naans. puri was crispy and excellent.

we got parking just behind the building in front of choithrams. google maps might not guide you exactly to the right place but you could park anywhere closeby and walk which is just a 5 mins walk.

visited this place for dinner. for drinks weordered: orange juice and aerated drinks. the orange juice was really good. gor appetisers we got : masala fries (on special request) and hummus. the fries were made really well, didn’t like the hummus. for main course we got : 4 diff types of naan (keema, onion & garlic, cheese and garlic ), chicken haleem, achar ghosht, mixed grilled platter (chicken, mutton and fish). absolutely loved everything in the main course . i would def recommend the achar ghosht, the flavors were really good and the meat just melted in my mouth . all in all the food was really good and would definitely recommend this place.

chicken tikka inn, an amazing place with variety of branches all over dubai. visited their bussiness bay, branch i must say a beautiful location overlooking dubai skyline and mesmerizing canal view. a vibrant, place serving pure indian delicacies in such affordable prices. loved their food taste, variety, staff hospitality and portion size. the best part the weather is perfect to enjoy some amazing delicacies from this amazing joint.
had such an amazing time at this place in this chaotic situation enjoying a good dinner really cheered me up. good to see that they are doing all the efforts for maintaining the hygiene level. so guys give yourself a spice in this situation and take a treat of delicious indian cuisine served in vibrant surroundings. from grills to curries, murgh tikka to mutton kebabs, chinese to biryanis they have it all with such fingerlicking taste. do check out this place guys for mouthwatering indian food with amazing view. a must try place.

simply loved the chicken corn soup. a perfect desi style chinese soup which tasted equally perfect. generous portion with thick and flavorful taste.


fried rice.

deeply in love with their chicken fried rice. man the taste was insane. loads of chicken with super fresh veggies tossed in amazing sauces gave the rice an absolute kick topped with spring onions and egg simply too good.

mixed kebab platter.

simply perfect you can feel the freshness in every bite.. an amazing colorful, platter with delicate kebabs, variety of mutton and chicken tikkas, fish tikka with perfect taste and tge best part it was so soothing to see an amazing color combination platter. a must try platter.

mutton biryani.

perfect for all mutton lovers. meat was so tender packed with freshness and flavor. loved the amazingly delicious mutton biryani. in love with the long grains of the flavorful biryani which enhances the taste more.

drinks.

freshly squeezed refreshing orange juice really made my day. a perfect meal ending on a happier note. as they serves traditional lassi too. guys do try this place tea as i am a tea lover and i simply loved it. a treat to enjoy in this lovely weather.

overall experience.

highly recommended place. in love with this place. what quality ingredients they are using in each and every dish that you can feel the freshness in every bite. taste was mind blowing and the best part service was just wow. you get the homely feeling with such amazing customer service. highly recommended place for having a good flavorful indian food in amazing ambiance with delicious taste. surely trying their other branches soon to enjoy dubai winters with some good desi flavorful food.

my office is in the same building but i never tried this restaurant. my colleague forced me the other day so we went. weordereda tikka, which they are famous for, and a chicken biryani. the tikka was delicious, it came with two types of chutneys and salad. while biryani came with raita which was amazing too! i am sure going to try their grill items as often as possible!
btw, their staff are super polite and welcoming!

ordered from mirdif branch as i had haleem from business bay branch, and i was quite satisfied! was so disappointed from this branch and their taste of food. iorderedchicken karahi. it was so oily and so salty. i’m surprised that a restaurant can go wrong with a basic dish like karahi!! waste of money and food! plz don’t order chicken karahi! extremely disappointed and unsatisfied!!

had visited chicken tikka inn at business bay a couple of days ago for a quick lunch.orderedmutton biryani and came along with it a bunch full of cloves. the flavor of the cloves overpowered the flavors of your biryani making it a perfectly served disaster.
credit where it’s due, the meat chunks were well cooked.

having said that you are not written off but will definitely not recommend the biryanis you serve.

top it off delivery person had no balance even to miss call.. restaurant calls me and when i ask where is the delivery person standing, they gave me number to call him as he had no balance.. and i have been charged 5 aed for a horrible delivery service.. top it off food was so bad.. chicken achari was so salty.. could not even eat the food.. and tikka another misery.. one side no marination and other side burnt. i spent 58aed for food, i don't think it would be favourable to serve any living thing .. it was so much salt.. really hopeless.. i really wish i could give a minus rating. miserable service and food

was a regular customer of chicken tikka inn but decided to try the business bay branch for take away. one of the worst experiences ever. lost a loyal customer for good.
had guests over henceordered4 chicken tikka, one chicken kebab, one daal makhani and one mutton bihari kebab.
all of the order was okay but mutton bihari was stinking. upon opening the parcel, the pungent smell filled my dinning room, killing the atmosphere of dinner there and then.
called up the restaurant to be told, that the food was perfect and i didn’t know what is good or bad. after some conversation the restaurant agreed to replace the dish in half an hr and hung up.
however, immediately after i hung up another gentleman from the restaurant called up for the same. though, i told him the matter was solved but he insisted on that i couldn’t tell between good and bad food.further, he told us as they were busy the replacement could only be done tomorrow.
then the gentleman start insisting again on how good the food was and i was mistaken.
upon my offer that i will drive to the restaurant with the mutton bihari delivered so he can taste it in front of me and pay him for doing the same as well, he told me to throw the dish. and i will get the replacement tomorrow.
how can a restaurant deliver food which they can’t even think of eating themselves???
this sums up the story.
