i usually visit this branch during the ramadan days with my family for iftar buffet and we all really like the food but when i visited this place yesterday, it was my worst experience and really felt embarrassed in front of my family. so we ordered the below dishes:

beef nihari - it was tasteless, and the beef was not fresh. the piece was hard and smelly. 0/10

chicken kadai- first of all, it came in a small cooper bowl which is only enough for one person with only two small pieces of chicken and price cost aed 30. i don't know why they gave name of "kadai" it was just a mixture of all unknown spices. 0/10

mix grill chicken/mutton: chicken boti , both mutton and chicken kabab were only good in taste ! mutton boti was raw and hard to chew. 6/10.

service is really very slow and only the atmosphere is good just because of the outdoor sitting arrangement.

we were here for the iftar dinner and it’s a budget friendly hotel , especially during the ramadan . the spread wasn’t a lot that you usually expect but for the amount it was worth it . the food was lovely except that the hariyali chicken wasn’t cooked and the roti’s were hard rock . hence that’s why i rate this place a 3 /5.

having been to their mankhool branch, i expected their business bay branch to have the same iftar spread, but i was definitely disappointed. half of their iftar spread was missing! everything was cold! the bland butter chicken was not cooked properly or either the chicken was a couple of days old.
it wasn't just my table, which complained. there were a couple of other customers who had the same issue.
overall very bad experience for iftar at chicken tikka inn - business bay branch -
i would strongly suggest avoiding this branch entirely!

the location of the restaurant is peaceful, the iftar buffet was limited, the chicken biryani was tasty and the mutton seekh, it is a decent meal for the price you pay.

the portion sizes are quite good. but have to warn the food is too spicy. i did end up getting sick after eating the food from here.

food was tasteless, some undercooked and some overcooked. the mutton had no spices and tasted very meaty. naan was thick, chips stale. do not recommend at all. waste of money as we were starving after this.
