found hair in my sushi. terrible customer service withmanager(carolyn) response not understanding. we will not be back again as who wants to see hair in their food?

disappointed. went with my boyfriend and his mother for mothers day. just to find out that the happy hour menu only was valid if you are only in the smoking section. i have an allergy to cigarettes and hate the way it smells. i really didn't want to sit in the section. i asked very politely if we could have the happy hour menu at our booth and the waitress asked hermanagerfrank if we could and he told us no. we would have to sit in the smoking section and blamed it on behalf of what the gm had told him. i have gone to chi since i found out about it 3 years ago and i have spent lots of money on their amazing food. i will not be going back now thanks to this experience.

terrible service and management. went there with my family myself, husband and 3 boys. were seated in the rear of of the restaurant. 4 of us ordered the all you can eat and 1 of my boys ordered chicken katsu. we were told the whole table must order hd all you can eat or we would have to sit at seperate tables. really. my boy would have to eat by himself. asked to talk tomanagerand he said he would have to sit by himself. i told him that it is not printed anywhere about this. themanagertook our menus nd said good bye.
really rude service. can't not believe that he attitude.

the service and management is horrible! do not go here. ever.
we had a "new server" that had no clue what was going on. themanagerdidn't step in til got up to talk to him about what was going on. multiple tables around us with no service, took 30 min for table to get ticket.

seriously the worst service i have ever received! the first time was at the bar and the second time was at a table. ill just say the icing on the cake was when our server brought us the bill with his shirt untucked and unbuttoned and a ball cap on saying he needed to catch a ride, and they weren't even closed yet! themanageroffered to buy us a drink the next time we were there, there won't be a next time buddy!!! don't waste your money on poor service because they will grat you
