i love their veg curry and veg sauces, but when i ordered their tandoorichickenit was uncooked, so i had them cook it again, took a while for the food to come back only to find out it wasnt properly cooked at all. such a waste of time, although they canclled the tandoorichickenfrom my bill it was very unfortunate.

i’ve enjoyed eating here several times over the past couple years - their food and service are great! i ask for extra spicychickentikka marsala on basmati rice - it’s fantastic! the owner is friendly and often stops by to say hello - try this place for your indian cravings!

the food was great, the chef was also friendly. we orderedchickenbiryani, shahi paneer, plain naan and of course their tea. their paneer was a winner and i love their naan as well coz it was not that oily however their tea though lacks flavor, not sure but maybe because i'm a tea person. overall, the experience was great.

just when we thought we know indian food, we were wrong! this is the real deal!

we've been searching for an authentic indian restaurant and we know the search is over. we ordered something we thought we are familiar with but we were schooled real good!

we orderedchickenbiryani - 1/4chicken(leg and thigh) with a generous amount of amazing basmati rice which was cooked in a way i never had before. a lot of aromatics that waked my senses. thechickenwas cooked to perfection and the spices were spot on! the serving of rice is good enough for two that we orderedchickentikka masala to pair with it. great sauce, nice cook on thechickenand you can choose the level of spiciness - which we always go for mild to medium. to tame the spiciness, make sure to order their lassi :)

although the place needs to be kept better, over all, the experience was wonderful and we definitely recommend this place for people who love spices and aromatics.

really happy that i finally found a decent indian restaurant here in cebu! had the paneer butter masala, naan, mango lassi and thechickentikka and it was all good and very filling. since i brought my 3 year old with me, i also ordered some french fries and that too was esquisite as they also added a few spices to make it more "indian." when we entered the restaurant, we entered the wrong entrance so we were welcomed by a strong aroma of spices and cheap looking seats similar to what you see at larsian. good thing the waitress brought us to the airconditioned room where most guests were seated and indian statues and pictures could be found. they also played a cute bollywood movie wherein the waitress had no idea what the title was, plus there were no english subtitles. this could either be good or bad thing because instead of catching up with each other, me and my friend talked about how cute the actors were and busily googled what the movie was, which we later found out was entitled, 2 states. i heard from other friends that their service was quite slow during their visit but for us, it was just like any other restaurant; however we did ate there for lunch. bravo staff of the spice!
