pathetic service and no one is there to listen to your complaints. the credit goes to the manager asstaffis good but helpless because of bad management.
it's high time for them to change their manager nhi toh wo duba ke hi manega iss dhabe ko.
i am not going to recommend this place to anyone.

well the place is beautiful, but thestaffand the food quality is really bad.
i reached the place at 8pm on a sunday, and was given 45 minutes wait time but the actual turn came at 11:30, i tried to pass time by taking food from south indian counters which are outside but the cook was so pathetic that he didn't add cheese in cheese dosa.
the place deserves to be closed down.

i have visited the place 3 times so far and have had mixed reviews of the place, there are times when the food,staffhas been extremely good. and there are times when both has been extremely poor. good thing is ambience of the place and seating is good, good drive from city of indore for about 20-25 km, overall experience is 3 on 5.

wonderful place situated at the outskirts of the city. the ambience is lively and thestaffis courteous too. food tastes delicious, although pretty hefty on the pocket.

we just loved it!!
delicious food, beautiful landscaping and play zone plus it's all clean.
we had done prior booking as we we're group of 20pax so a dedicated shamiana was provided to us.
servingstaffwas helpful and on their toes.
their speciality of making entire menu pure jain was a big thumbs up for us!!
the rush on monday night proves the charpai team is on right track of serving their customers.

very badstaffbehaviour.. came here today at 6:15 in the evening... restaurant was suppose to open at 6:30 so we were waiting there . suddenly a guy came there and very bluntly asked as to switch off our camera and told us to move out the primises...very bad behaviour even he doesn't have the etiquette, how to talk to customers.. he just replied "aap bahar aa jaaye bahar baat karte hai" this is how they treat to customers...after few minutes the manager came and he apologized for the scene.. lately i get to know that the guy come to us was the owner of restaurants.. this is what happens when uneducated person run the business.. seriously very bad services

worsttt .......worst place ever..staffservices are 'poor'.. taste is 'ok'.. we were 12 persons.. poor management.. i would suggest not to go.. highly not recomended.. your reputation will affect if you take your guests to this place.

**strictly avoid this cheaters** *don't trust thestaffat all* we were extremely disappointed with the service and cheating of the staffs. thestaffrecommended the dish which was not listed in menu and then during bill the price of the dish were 2x then the normal and when we asked thestaffwhy the prices were not listed they initially denied saying it was today's special and then he told we keep the display board on each table and when we asked why our table or any other table don't have display board, thestaffhad no answer. the food was below average. you cannot make the people fool by such cheap tricks. costs too much then usual i do not recommend this as.if u need further details reach me 8237720741

ambience is awesome, staffbehaviour is okay okay, and not all the food is awesome, crispy corn is something to try here, but we can enjoy the company and ambience, experience was good as the whether was awesome ..
