patheticserviceand no one is there to listen to your complaints. the credit goes to the manager as staff is good but helpless because of bad management.

it's high time for them to change their manager nhi toh wo duba ke hi manega iss dhabe ko.

i am not going to recommend this place to anyone.

ambiance feels relax and you wanted to stay more time.....

my worst experience. i wish i could give ratings in minus.
i went to this shitty place in the evening with my parents. we asked for table for three and the waiter directed us to three wooden stools for sitting. we asked for the charpai (which was the reason for coming to this restaurant) and he denied us because we were three in number. around 5-10 tables were unoccupied.this was a clear denial ofserviceby them which is highly unexpected from aserviceprovider. they should have better mentioned in their advertisement about the minimum number of people for a charpai . also, the place which they allotted us was highly improper for having dinner. they refused to serve us and after a major scuffle with the manager they allotted us a charpai. the menu had limited options and the food which we ordered was extremely bad in taste.

please do not visit the place if you group is less than 8 in number and even if you are more than 8 avoid visiting this place because of the extremely unhigenic , poor service, tasteless food and location.

visiting indore for a destination wedding and heard a lot of about it from the locals.
we had lunch here. the ambience is really innovative the open space concept works well.
we ordered the regular punjabi food and the food stands to its name. but we were a little disappointed with theserviceas many siders were not available for lunch. eg. green chutney.
overall its spacious, good food a bit expensive side but worth visiting once for sure.

this is a place to unwind & dine. from the quality of food, to theserviceto every inch of the place (including clean hygienic restrooms) - everything is in order and offers great delight to the mind and dine.

though it's a vegetarian place, i absolutely did not feel the missing buds of meat. fantastic place for the traveler, friends and family!

ambience is very good, owner has made good use of space available. there is a play area which is good if you are going with kids. overall place does not feel too crowded. also have enough parking space.

food taste is average considering the price being charged. nothing special in this area. menu is also normal, no fancy or exclusive dishes, which you would expect looking at ambience.

staff andservicewas okay for us. no compliments and no complains in this area.

ambience:- it's the best dhaba style restaurant u can get on ujjain - indore highway. place is soo relaxing and open.

food:- food is delicious, quality and quantity also justify it's price.
i just had one problem that is i ordered five butter roti which i got all burnet, after returning it i got 4 butter roti and got billed for 5 roties. otherwise it was totally worth it.

service:-servicewas very good and fast. they are following all the covid precautions properly.

the only thing i didn't like is there washrooms 😑 they were not clean, both outside and inside washrooms.
there interior and all was very nice but hygiene was not there. they should work on that.

the taste is really bad like yuckkk. ndserviceis also bad like kuch mangao or kuch laate h . pura staff badalne ki zaroorat hai

ambience is great, it’s something different. but theserviceis poor, specially on weekends. we ordered paneer tikka in starters, it was not up to the mark(paneer used was not soft). in main course we ordered kaju masala and kofta along with garlic naan. kaju masala and kofta was average, naan was quite good. overall it was a pleasant experience but they should improve theirserviceand food quality.

when we speak aboutservicefirst thing comes in mind is the waiters bringing food. today very glad to say it were not the fault of waiters that sevice was pathetic but the kitchen. the orders as it seems they took more than they chew rather stew...waiting time between the starters (after finishing) and main course was 35 mins and repeat order and main course 20 mins..now one can imagine what happened to food when we were waiting for the roti...no doubt food is good ,the waiters are running to deliver and few floor managers trying t control the situation but to tell truth a good restaurant has menu, taste, flavour, variety andserviceas it's successful ingredient.hope next time we see aforesaid all..

she says: since she was traveling back from work, this good-looking place attracted her, the view, the lights and the vibe was just spot on.

what really went off was the lathargic attitude of the staff, no one cared to take the order , the basicserviceof providing with seasoning with garlic bread and suger-tissue- spoon with coffee was lacking, had to tell them like 5 times to get one spoon.

extremely slow service. but would give one more chance for food with she's he.

everytime i visit charpai i enjoy it. it's so good and hygienic place after a short ride/drive and the taste is also good where as theserviceis also not delayed!
it's a bit of my kind of place where one enjoys the time with tasty food!

they have very good pure veg indian food. specially
i like their paneer dish and garlic naan was great.
fried rice was ok type. but overall it was great experience andservice10 on 10. keep doing good work guys. c u soon.

best option for faraway dining. unique ambience and different atmosphere. live music and karaoke. separate outlets for coffee, continental food etc. taste and quality of food is good enough,serviceis okay too.

great ambiance and superbservice. bit on a pricey side but awesone place to have great time for families as well as couples . play zone for kids . ... food quality is great, ask for spicy if you need it, otherwise everything is less spicy .
