bad service becomesgreatservice. went to champps to have some drinks and a light dinner. drinks were good. noise in the bar was steady but not too overly loud.
elected to have something light, ordered a salad. it was decent tasting and large portion, however it took nearly 25 minutes to get to the table.
i wrote the mgr of champps a note about all of the above. to my house within 2 business days arrives a fedex overnight package with a $15 gift certificate to champps and a letter with an apology and a wish that i'll come back.
you think i'll go back? absolutely.
looking fwd to a second visit and a review of something else off the menu.
