the staff informed that they only accept walk-in on the weekends. i received a message after from the restaurant that there are no space available.

when i called into the restaurant i was informed that the restaurant’ owner invited his family tonight so there is no space available. why was the staff not informed to let customers know before hand. very bad and unprofessional service. will not recommend

the food was good but the service was extremely slow and especially because we went during ramadan, it was frustrating to wait for the food.

the rolls were very oily. kukkad burger is worth a try. anda wala burger was average.
chapeli kababs were spot on.

overall the ambience was good.

i ordered bun kabab and karahi both were below average.
bun kabab just tasted of dal and nothing else.
the karahi did not even look like a karahi, the chicken was undercooked and dint taste like a karahi.
i would never recommend this place to anyone
poor food quality, waste of time and money.
the ones giving good reviews about anda wala burger have never tasted good food. people are fooling with wrong positive reviews .

no green spicy chutney was given to me both the chutneys were sweet what do u expect when eating chaat sweet chaat ? samosa was old and drenched in oil the papri in the chaat was so not fresh i wish i could give them 0

bbq, handi, karahi or whatever food you order wouldnt make any difference as at the end you b eating just red chilli and spices. i ordered bbq platter and mutton shinwari and all i could taste was just the chili. just cook anything at home and add few spoons of red chilli and u ll get the same taste at home

today , visited this place with my friends to enjoy and have a lovely time. but unfortunately it was really disappointing. there was india and new zealand match,india lost the match and everyone in the cafe including the staff and manager were celebrating. if they were from new zealand, the celebration was justified and reasonable. celebrating other country loss shows the poor character this cafe's manager and staff has.we as indians felt really sorry for their unprofessional and rude attitude.

sheesha and starter platter was good. chaat and biryani was average. but i won't be visiting this place again as everyone is not welcome and treated the same way.

so today me and my two friends went to chai shai to have some good food and sheesha. there was a match between india and newzealand. unfortunately india lost the match and the whole staff with manager started playing song mauka mauka. it's not fair for the indians who visit there to have a good time. we three girls were numb. it gave a hatred feeling. we are staying in abroad and we should respect eachother. but this cafe did exactly opposite. if you don't want indians in your cafe. kindly put a board accordingly. do they really think this will be allowed in dubai?? we had already given the order so we stayed back. it's really sad manager/owner himself behaving like that. hence, i request all the indians not to visit chaishai cafe. this will be my last visit here. what you did today was hurtful and absolutely wrong!!
