first time and good selections. - courteous staffs, good atmosphere.
- breakfast favorites looks good and popular
- good pinoy selections (tinola, sinigang, adobo etc and some specialties like dinuguan)
- tried the pakbet - not so good, eggplant and squash or kamote texture does not feel good (seem chewwy/magayot), greenbeans is green but magayot rather than crunchy - i dont know why. also, there is meager strips of pork - i know we like it with some taba, just like how we have itbackhome.
- utensils, am not sure if theyre machine washed or manually, some remnants cling to my spoon (didnt use it) and knife (had to scrub it), i dont want to call attention so kept it to myself.
- had fresh lumpia, good taste, i would prefer less garlic thought and more veggies. i just had a concern since this is close to being a salad, careful if you easily get tummy trouble, i dont but i don't feel well during the day after lunch not sure why. its probably just me, but i bought extra to take home/share with my neighbor (i have to check with them tom).
- bought pandesal, good taste - mild sweetness on the bread, not sure when was it baked, can't find the date stamp - the bread texture seem more than a day.
- service could take long particularly during busy time,
overall i would rate 3 out of 5.
i would comebackfor pinoy specials, i provided a balance review for improvements.
one thing, i cook well and have wide spectrum of taste bud (many cultures).
