top notch food at an affordable price.. as a guy, there are few places i can eat and really be full for under $10. its hard to even eat out for less than that, but at cesar's you can still get a "-silog" breakfast of fried rice, eggs, and a choice of meat for that price point.

i have also tried their pancit canton (kind of like a filipino noodle/chow mein) and pasta dishes. everything is delicious and served with a smile.

and as for the sweet side of things, i'm sure other reviews should suffice. yes, all that stuff is good too.

best burger in town. have the deluxe burger at lunch. it's the best burger in town. might be the homemade bun. costs just over $5.

came to the store last week around 7:40pm. i am having cravings of pork steamed bun and sisg due to my pregnancy so i took my chance to find some in your store. the cashier non-empathetically answered me they could no longer cook sisig which i understand and also told me that if i can't find siopao on your shelves then it's gone. it was my first time visiting your store and this isn't a good experience. i checked the shelves, there was this siopao label but that row was filled with buns. i don't want to go back and tell the cashier because she might give me an attitude again. just ended up buying brazo de mercedes but a bit disappointed that the middle part is dry so we just ate the white part of it. just sad that my expectations were not met.

very good phillipino food. i tried the adobo chicken combo and green apple bubble tea. the service is quick and this place has left a lasting impression on me. shall definitely come back.

this place was okay. it really is like a cafe setting, but serving huge portions of real food.. not the cleanest feeling, but not bad.

my friends and i got individual combos and plates. anything with rice in the combo is huge. previous reviewers were right when they said the food is salty. i got a pork adobo combo with garlic rice and pancit. i finished all of the rice before i finished any of the pork, and had two cups of water. even though the food was way saltier than i prefer, i think in this case it contributed to the authenticity of the dishes. just not somewhere you want to go if you need to look your best (with no bloating) the next day. i also tried the lumpia which were crispy and not too greasy! yum.

the bakery section is definitely catered to people who know a little something about philippino food.

service was good, although some older servers seemed confused with the register and technology..

we had a really good meal here. we had the coconut and mango bubble tea, which were delicious, perhaps the best bubble tea i've ever had. we shared the lampia shanghai, which were tasty. i had the pork adobo combo with fried rice and noodles. really good, but saltier than i expected, which might reflect my tastebuds more than the dish. partner had the fried chicken and rice combo, which i believe he enjoyed. would like to cone back for some baked goods.

bought a log cake from here. cake was moist, but nothing out of the ordinary. what really threw me off is that the inside was purple!! and i was not told that before i bought it! we eat with our eyes first and that colour just ruined it for me. it was also expensive.

what a surprise! i never thought i would be able to find an asian bakery/ bubble tea place. try these mocha cake and pan de lache! so good, and cheap. nice place to visit if you are around, for a drink cake etc.

all their bake good are amazing! their cheese bun are as good as ever, the bun is so soft and fresh! the filling inside is cream cheese and cheddar cheese! it might sound simple, but it is unbelievable good. also they have the purple yum bread, it is sweet but so special! one of my favourite item. i have try almost all their cake in their display, the mocha cake, the cake layer is so soft it is sponge like soft. the cream layer is a little firm with real cream in it. so delicious! not to mention their brazo de mecredes and their leche flan! all just so good. i have yet to be disappointed by any of their dessert, including their weekend special that they have on their counter! every time i am close to the confederation mall, this is my must go to place to pick up their bread and cakes to bring home and enjoyed.
now onto their adobo pork combo, just like everyone said it is amazing! everything on that plate from meat to rice to noodle, no other word but just absolutely delicious. the meat is perfectly done and seasoned. their portion is huge as well. one of the best place in saskatoon with taste and the portion to match!
if you still have room, their halo halo is a great after-meal dessert! best to be eaten there, instead of take out, might get messy try to scoop things from the bottom to enjoy.

wow......... this place is the best from the garlic rice to the marinated meats cannot get enough only problem is the adobe and tapislog breakfast are so crazy good its hard to try others i've been back probably 3 dozen times since discovered this jem and got through most items all very good. if your so lucky to get a chance to try the breads and buns on the baking rack your not gonna regret it. this place is unique and one of the best to eat in my opinion.

trying this "sisilog".. for $10+ for my brunch this snowy tuesday. and it was soooooo tasty!

tried caesar's cakes back in june. the halo halo dessert was very unique and tasty. we also ordered spring rolls and they were delicious, except one was clearly burnt and they refused to give us another one because it was "just the outer wrapper" of the spring roll! what bullshit is that?! they took it off our bill because they didn't want to give us another one, really weird if you ask me! i never would have served such a pathetic looking spring roll, wish i had a picture!

so good! got the adobo combo and boy, does it have a large portion of food! definitely couldn't finish it all, even though it was so delicious!

absolutely delicious.  the adobo chicken was divine and the noodles that can with it were craving worth.  this was a fantastic meal and i would definitely eat here again.it's a seat yourself restaurant, and once you are done you pop up to the counter to pay.  which is trickery because they have all these yummy desserts on display and they are also fantastic.  the coconut donuts as so far my favourite, but the mocha cream was yummy as well.  they aren't too sweet and both had a light delicate flavor.if you are up for exploring food, i would recommend this restaurant.

great cheese buns. the cheese buns are amazing here. i get a pack of 3 at least once a week, it is popular with everyone who has tried them.
