i’ve eaten here thrice before. my past experiences were definitely 5-star, but my most recent experience was not. service was extremely slow and waitresses seemed to be very absentminded. this happened on march 23, 2019, at dinnertime. we ordered our all-you-can-eat and we had to follow up the order twice within 20 minutes because we were never served. once we were served, one of my companions asked for a coke zero, to which the waitress replied, “san mig, sir?” my companion repeated that he wanted a coke zero, and when the waitress came back, she brought a bottle of san mig. later on, we asked for one serving of fries, which took more than 10 minutes to serve. additionally, we were given service water, but the waitresses would take 5-10 minutes to bring a pitcher to refill our glasses. in my past experiences, we never even had to ask for our glasses to be refilled. we were nearing the end of our dinner, and the waitress asked me if i wanted to refill the container of sauce (not the saucer, but the small pot thing). i said yes and she took it with her to the kitchen. she never camebackwith it. we even ordered more food after she took it with her, and we never got it back, even after we paid the bill.
the food was great, as usual. i’m just extremely disappointed in the service. it really ruined my experience at the restaurant, especially since i only really go there to celebrate special occasions.
