i have been to caruso about 5 times and have never been disappointed or had a less-than-excellent anything there. typically, i don't care much about service, just food. however, the last visit (2/21/13) requires some mention of thewonderfulpeople we had waiting on us. vincent was our server and his knowledge of every dish, the way it's made, and his fun/elegant manner made the evening so enjoyable, i wish i could eat there very night!
