completely satisfied my inner fat kid! inventively bold flavors, welcoming staff and literally a chill environment to recommend for every frozen treat enthusiast. for 145 pesos, i got one cone with 2 flavors- the yoreoda: green mint ice cream with bits of oreos pieces. yessss i am a star wars fan, so i needed to try it. in addition, i got the drunken prune. sounds so geriatric and something a lola would order, but hey. it was delicious and i highly recommend it! it's a lot milder than rum raisin. anyways, i'll be sure to come back right round to carousel creamery! pun intended:)

i read some reviews about this place, as i was reading i was visualizing an ice cream sanctuary. and so the day has come to finally be there to experince it myself. a plethora of flavors awaits you when you entered their place. i was giddy inside.. i immediately went and peek at the flavors. oh boy, it was a lot! good thing they allow customers to have a taste of the ice cream first.. and then you ponder on what to order, which by the way is difficult given that mostly of the ice cream was really good.

i finally made up my mind an decided to try their famous "beer and chicharon" flavored ice cream. at first, i was like hesitant but eventually i gave in and tried it. and i was blown away. it's really, really good. i ordered one scoop of that and one scoop of mascarpone and figs. my friend was even hesitant at first, like me when i told him that i ordered "it". "it" being the b&c ice cream. the look on his face says it all. i asked him to try the beer and chicharon ice cream and i saw the his face lighten up. weird combination, but it works.

being the chocolate man he is. he opted for the brownie ice cream sandwich, which may i say was good!

i will definitely go back for some dose of beer and chicharon goodness.

whoa! 101 ice cream flavors! ice cream lovers are going to go crazy here!

they have very creative flavors like red velvet, chocnut, beer and chicharon, green mango, and of course flavors on the normal side, like chocolate.

one think i like about them is that they're local (at least from what i know). they're also very generous at letting you try and taste the flavors. so generous, you'll probably have eaten a whole scoop by the time you decide which flavor to get. 😂

after trying a number of flavors, all good too, i decided on the strawberry basil. my basis for this... it was the only one i was in the mood for having more of. hehehe! it was also on the refreshing side and not too sweet.

the place can get chaotic since a lot of people are going around, bouncing back and forth, trying flavors here and there. i wonder if they can come up with a more orderly way to go about this.

once you've decided, go to the counter and pay for the number of scoops you want. they'll give you a plastic ice cream piece. color changes depending on the number of scoops. you then give that plastic ice cream piece and tell the person nearest to the flavor that you want, which flavor you'd like.

cup and cone are the same price! 😊

i enjoyed a lot of the flavors i tried. they didn't even have the whole 101 out!

who doesn't love ice cream?!everybody loves ice cream...i love ice cream that is well done and well thought of.in this place one will have a wide array of flavors from standard to the out of the box flavors like beer and chicharon, blue cheese and more.i just like the fact that there is an ice cream place near the area that serves well 66 flavors but i guess they are gearing for 101 flavors.i've tried the gorgonzola w prunes, malted chocolate, butter pecan, strawberry balsamic, nutella and maple and bacon.i want to try some more of their out of the box flavors the next time

carousel creamery, a new creamery houses at missouri st. beside greenhills. it boasts to have or will have 101 flavors soon. right now, they have atleast 60 crazy flavors to choose from. this is all childs dream to be at a creamery that serves simple ice cream, banana splits to hot fudge! whatever flavor you crave or want, they have them.

after about 15 minutes of choosing and more than 10 flavors that i tasted, i ended up combining complimentary flavors with a tea concept in mind.

green tea & white chocolate wasn't the sweet kind of matcha ice cream. it gives you a interesting earthy, subtly bitter green tea with hint of white chocolate chip that added the milky sweet flavor.

strawberry ice cream has more frozen strawberries than ice cream. subtly sweet, succulent strawberries that gives you the texture. a bit hard to scoop, i prefer the strawberry balsamic for more ice cream, but both are good.

honey and lavender is a bomb! sweet, creamy honey ice cream with a fragrant, floral kick. it's an acquired taste to appreciate overly fragrant flavors. it brought me back to my first try of lavender truffles from max brenner.

from the simple vanilla to the wildest beer & chicharron. they've concocted ice cream flavors for every palette. they have succeeded in creating 101 flavors to fit every juan. the freedom of choice maybe confusing, if in excess, but the adventure of having 101 tasting spoons is a journey.

like an ice cream, life is short. enjoy every moment & share the gift of life to everyone.

i got myself strawberry cheesecake because i love cheesecake! the ice cream was very creamy that it melted within a few minutes...which is fine because i also like eating melting ice cream. it was delicious, a little bit sweet, tasted like cheesecake with aome graham bits but it was only at the last bite that i tasted strawberry flavor. i also sampled strawberry balaamic which was also good. i tried tasting my friendls green tea but im not really a fan of green tea.. the ice cream had a very strong green tea taste. there were so many other interesting flavors so i hope to come back to try the others.

they have so many exciting flavors for you to try! they allow you to try out the flavors you find interesting to you. the store name says they have 101 flavors but they only have 50 as of now. i tried their wasabi, maple walnut, strawberry balsamic, strawberry, greentea white choco chip -- all are interesting and very full in their flavors. what i ordered was wasabi and maple walnut. the wasabi has a spicy kick to it in the end but doesn't flare all the way up to the nose. the maple walnut has a lot of walnuts and they don't skim on it.

since we had just finished having dinner at dohtonburi, what better place was there to go to for dessert? :) (best to make the most out of
the parking too. slots aren't easy to come by, and the basement parking is a tight squeeze).

we were lucky enough to get in during a small lull in the service (by lull, i mean there was enough space for me to go check out the whole line-up of available flavors). a few minutes after, we were able to get a table and a server promptly approached us to take down our orders and to offer us glasses of cold water. a few minutes after that, the place was packed again.

picking a flavor is a very stressful ordeal. the good type of stress, mind you. ;) i took my time, and decided to only sample flavors that really caught my attention. my final order consisted of a scoop of chocolate orange (ofcourse!) and a scoop of lavander & honey.
stuff i'd like to try next time :
spiced pumpkin
apple pie
peanut butter cup
carrot cake
maple & bacon
banoffee
mascarpone with figs
strawberry & balsamic
strawberry banana

recent discovery : they have the best white chocolate ice cream. ever.

a new frozen haven for those who love ice cream just as much as i do! with 101 flavors to choose from, surely there's bound to be a favorite, if not all.

the place opened 2 weeks ago, a few steps just around the outskirts of promenade. i have been frequenting the place since i live just around the block.

abiance. i find the place loud, not because of the music, but because of the customers who're around, getting all hyped and scatter themselves all over place. the carefree and bright interior's also a nice shout to the place.

staff are really nice and attentive. they'll refill your glass of water in a snap. unlike any ice cream parlors i've been to, carousel creamy has this "restaurant feel", where you get to sit and chill, they'll offer you the menu then just call their attention when you're ready to order.

the place is also equiped with wifi and they offer snacks like hotdogs and nachos, caffeine and variety of drinks.

so far, i've tasted 7 of 101 of their flavors. not all flavors are present when i went there but eventually they'll introduce everything soon.

* wasabi, creamy + spicy which i really like
* beer & chicharon, the most famous of all the flavors but didn't seem to have too much impact for me, the chicharon bits were fine tho
* red velvet, another crowd favorite but i find it too sweet for my liking, it was good tho but slightly "umay"
* puto & cheese, caught my attention since i'm not much of a puto fanatic so, wanted to try something new but it had too much cheese cubes you could barely taste the puto
* red bean, tasted exactly like its name. lol. nothing special, really.
* rum raisin, sooo good! hate raisins but the alcohol blended was really nice
* maple walnut was okay. i like that every scoop was full of walnuts, yuuuum!
