just like mom's!. who would have thought that we could find cuban food *this* good outside of miami or new york? i'm a cuban american who's been eating my mother's (and grandmother's, aunts' and cousins') cuban food all my life. caribbean cafe's food, well, it tastes just like my mother's -- it's that good! don't just take *my* word for it -- i picked up my mother the other day from the airport and brought her to caribbean cafe. her assessment? perfecto!
