recently visited canto cafe & bar which is located in one of the hep areas of south mumbai, near gurgaon chawpatty.
its interiors, lighting and vibe are all on point and very tastefully done.

the service was quick too.

what we ate :
veg delight pizza ( 5/5 )
quinoa orange zest salad ( 5/5 )
grilledchickenbig plate ( 3.5/5 )

the pizza and salad were amazing and there are no complaints at all from our end.

pizza : it thin, tasty, moist and still remained crispy till the very end.

salad : it was refreshing, yum and different and we had to order another round of it.

grilledchicken: it lacked taste and could have been better. the mash that came with it though was yummmm...

all in all we love the place and think you should definitely try it out. we will go back for another meal for sure....

amazing food, espcly if you love cheese... we had been to chowpatty and were looking for good ambience and some music to cleebrate our anniversary... having 5 yr old kid with us and it being a weekend, we could not go to loud place, so shortlisted this place. the food taste was yummy- we had ordered bbq pizza & smokedchickenrisotto. even mocktail red rage had good taste.. mr. vijay guided us really well on ordering the food.

only disappointment was we did not get table upstairs even when it was empty when we entered.

but overall nice experience.

been to this outlet multiple times (as it's close to the workplace) and have loved the food and the chilled out vibe that the place exudes.
the restaurant is large-ish (going by mumbai standards) with a nice location. the ambience is good with well spread-out tables and even a large screen for viewing matches and stuff.
the service has never managed to disappoint us - always friendly and courteous (shoutout to uppi who has catered to us many times).
the food is tasty and manages to be consistent. i would highly recommend the harissachickenpizza.
all in all - definitely a place to visit with either your so on a lunch-date or a night out with your pal gang - fits both occasions perfectly!!!

canto has been my go to place in the past, visited yesterday for dinner- had a disappointing experience for the 1st time - their signature black pepperchickenhad lost its taste-chicken was over cooked, sauce was tasteless. thai curry bao was good.

the food was really nice. their grilledchickenwas exceptional. the servers are very polite and helpful. we were served by ketan who was very honest and helped us select the our food to our liking. must visit

excellent food, friendly staff and the perfect ambience for date nights. harissachickenpizza is a must try. highly recommended.

thoroughly disappointed with the food today. thai curry - veg andchickenboth were plain in taste. i used to absolutely love the thai curry here but today was a disaster. additionally, i ordered two blueberry cheesecake. i recieved two plain cheesecakes with one small box of blueberry compote.chickenperi peri on the other hand was delicious. the mango dip was definitely worth it. lastly, was quiet unhappy with the delivery time. it took one and a half hour for the food to reach. i guess it was just not a good day !

super aesthetic and super pretty vibes! the food is so light yet sooo full of flavor ❤️ highly recommend the parmesan crustedchickenw spaghetti and veggie baos and the delish apple pie which feels like a warm hug ☺️

this place is really nice. has a good ambience and really good food. zomato pro is like icing on the top. harissachickenpizza and mac n cheese pasta highly recommended! we were served by mr. akshay. must appreciate his service.

recently visited canto cafe and bar at charni road and the experience was amazing. from the food to the ambience everything was on point and as it was a visit after the lockdown all the precautions ever taken by the restaurant.the food was really good and there was no compromise on the quality.

we had

1) thechickenkhowsuey - 4.5/5
2) the stuffed chicken- 4/5
3) the chocolate fondue ( that was the highlight of the day)- 5/5

this is a must visit and if you are a zomato pro member they also provide a discount.

walked here on a evening just for a casual hangout and found the this place .very delightful and lively

one of the bartender mr ongya ( slim guy) he did very excellent warm welcome to us.. then we asked for bartender what is best food and drinks you served?? so he suggested fews appetizer is call ferry p pizza, peri grilledchickenwith blue basil martini.

over roll excellent place ,service teams very polite..

there is everything to love in a open burger:
- buns soft and fresh
- artichoke pesto cottage cheese fantastic
- vegetables fresh
- fries crisps
i love my burgers and always looking for new formats, that’s when i came across this unique offering of artichoke pesto cottage cheese open burger. it’s messy, it’s filling, it’s delicious and it’s a must try!

haven’t been to italy yet but it’s my dream destination mostly for food so when i asked chef to prepare me something straight of an italian menu he went all out to prepare one of the best and most tasty portion of spaghetti bolognese with tenderly cooked chicken. the silky smooth handcrafted sphaghetti with the seasoning of fresh herbs and the lip smackingchickenbolognese made such a perfect combination that i was almost gonna lick the last portion of food from my plate (😑 thank god to food etiquettes)

a good place is remembered for their fried chicken, so when the chef was given the task to prepare a unique friedchickenmeal he served something so different and flavorsome that made me weak in my knees and i couldn’t resist to eat it all.
let’s begin with the outer crust of thechickenmade of parmesan cheese shallow fried to perfection (hard crust on the outside, juicy softness on the inside)
- imagine a special sauce made of garlic chives poured on this parmesan crustedchicken(aah the fragrance, it’s just heavenly)
- and finally pair this with a freshly cooked spaghetti aglio-olio that has black olives and slight sprinkle of the finest parmesan cheese
you have for yourself a match made in the kitchen of heavens, you feel like the god of foods eating at the best table and food cooked by the best chef!

canto cafe & bar located in opera house is a mid premium cafe set up that serves great continental food with a generous portion size.
it has a great vibe with buzzing crowd and music to uplift your spirits.

i wasn’t drinking alcohol on the day of my visit and was craving for something refreshing , so i ordered a mocktail - berry blast which was on point!

for starters we had
1. wasabi prawns with just the right hit of wasabi,
2. lightly flavoured quinoa salad, very refreshing
3. warm cigar rolls with salsa sauce (the best salsa i have eaten so far)


the flavour packed starters filled us up almost entirely but we did have to try a main course and dessert so we went for thai curry baos & stuffedchickenwith khus khus and exotic vegetables. the bao was soft , and each bite was fulfilling as you got all flavours of the curry,chickenand sweetness of the bao. we ended our meal with tiramisu which had the rich texture and a perfect blend of cocoa and espresso!

i would definitely recommend this place and huge compliments to the chef!
