campiello is tucked away attached to a strip mall in eden prairie. for all the corporate people in eden prairie this is one of the “go to” spots forlunchand drinks. many people have shied away from campiello assuming that it would be too fussy and expensive for a quick lunch. well i found out that the complete opposite is true. sure, they have expensive things on the menu but theirlunchmenu is knockout, fast and affordable.thelunchmenu seems to change periodically but generally you can get half of a big sandwich/pasta and half of a soup or salad. my personal favorites are the caesar salad and any of the three sandwiches including:
