mostly for tourists. this restaurant is completely overrated. the service was terrible, the food had nothing special about it. it was about the same quality as applebee's, but pricier. also, the managers with headsets on were constantly running by our table while yelling at servers. i was nowhere near impressed and decided to never go back when i'd heard from friends that this was an average night for this restaurant. the only good thing i have to say about my experience is the view was amazing, but it was hard to enjoy it with flustered servers and managers running around all over the place.
