superb. dine here asap!. the food is eclectic, with unique combinations and variations on traditional themes. tastes are complex yet sublime. everything we tried was outstanding, including the sea scallops entree with forbidden black rice and asian slaw, honey lavender carrots (the lavender was trace - a hint more would be great), beets with goat cheese, grapefruit brûlée and tres leches dessert. we can't wait to go back. welovethe paris zinc bar and cafe, but caffe niche has taken its spot as our favorite casual yet upscale dining choice.
