tried their buffet thanks to bdo’s 50% promo. food was superb! almost everything was of the best quality (for a buffet meal). i particularly loved their carving section. the meat was so juicy, i just couldn’t get enough. the dessert section was also very good too.

we expected the place would be really crowded judging from the reviews i’ve seen online and knowing it’s in manila hotel. my whole family stayed here for 3 days and had our breakfast in cafe ilang-ilang. must say that they have wide varities just for breakfast. looking around my eyes are already feasting with all the foods. love the place, staff are very accommodating, and the food. ❤️❤️

currently our go-to buffet place.they have the best seafood buffet in town (thurs to sat). a lot better than spiral imho. unlimited lobster, sea bass and scallops... what else can you ask for? great place to celebrate an occasion. service is superb.

i've been in many restaurants and buffet in metro like vikings, buffet 101, niu and so on. so far this is the best buffet i've ever been. everything is just outstanding! the waiters were cordial and attentive. the buffet is pricey but i tell you it's worth the price. i enjoyed the steaks a lot and the lobsters. we'll definitely visit this place again and i would highly recommend this to my family and other friends.

ambience and architecture are wonderful, service is good but they had some trouble understanding us.

i gave 1 star because the seafood is terrible. and the italian cold cuts were too salty... i disposed 5 items of food because seafood tastes like s..t

always love the ambiance here. been coming here since i was a child. their burger tastes the same. their pancit malabon is always yummy and full of ingredients. new favorites are their kare kare, crispy pata and pancit bihon and their desserts. all time favorites is their bibingka and puto bumbong.

servers are always attentive, utensils are clean, tables are clean.

buffet spread is always luxurious especially when they have the truffle lechon. you'd always have plenty of varieties to choose from korean to japanese to indian to filipino and italian cuisine. don't ever forget their dessert spread 😍

came here on super crowded holy week. the place was absolutely packed, despite that the staff did a good job in keeping all the dishes flowing and attending to our needs.

the buffet spread was extensive. special mention to the corned beef, chole and masala fish from the indian section and the range of yogurt on offer.

stayed at the hotel for an event and we availed of their lunch buffet. was really looking forward to trying their roast beef but it wasnt available. maybe because it was friday-fish day? lol. not sure- salmon was served. we got a little bit of every cuisine and loved everything!

i love the breakfast buffet here. that's why i always look forward to eating my breakfast whenever i i stay for the night in manila hotel.

funny thing is, i always get the same food: at least four servings of yogurt, smoked salmon, macaroni salad, two and three danish, a few slices of ham, cheese bread with soft white cheese, hot chocolate and orange juice. this morning, i added to my usual favorites: siomai and fillet of bangus which were fried perfectly.

equally praiseworthy is the service. every member of the staff is polite and yes, extra alert to the needs of every senior citizen and of the differently-abled. i should know, i'm one of those who enjoyed the "extra attention" from the service people.

my cafe ilang ilang experience is something i always look forward to. and probably, do a revisit for lunch or dinner, perhaps?

we tried their american night dinner buffet. the roast beef was tender, loved the lechon with truffle rice, the desserts were great, lobster was lovely, almost everything was good, except for the jambalaya rice, the pichi pichi which was a little bland, and their tempura was oily.

their breakfast buffet is a disappointment. food was below average. pancakes and waffles were literally hard. basically, i didn't expect such poor food quality from manila hotel.

foods are great during friday seafood theme night, lots of seafood and all food taste good, i love to keep coming back here at least once a month with my family and friends
