can i rate this a hundred? i love this place. my favorite buffet place . went here yesterday for my graduation dinner celebration and wow. it just never changed. the food is delicious. a lot of choices and the flavors of the food is there even if it was a buffet type. the best among the hotel restaurants in the philippines. i can't get enough of it that i crave to eat here once a month. love the ambiance and the servers are nice and accommodating. 👏👏👏

breakfast for the champions! great spread to start the day! almost all i can think of as my breakfast food since i was a kid up until this day were all there! it's not just the spread though, the quality of food were amazing too. not to mention the elegant ambiance.

i ate here for breakfast once. i loved it!! the best experience eating in hotel buffets! ❤ there were yohgurts and all those yummy food for breakfast. i think they also have yummy drinks. the ambiance was also good! recommended! :)

i did not regret having lunch in this restaurant.
the place is huge and food selections are great!
didnt expect that it would be like this.

the beef churasco, the us beef steak, lechon, and the lobsters were my personal favorites. i loved how they prepared the steak. it was cooked according to my preference. the churasco was grilled in front of you.

the dessert counter was overflowing with local and international cuisines. it was a paradise for dessert lovers.

water, coffee, and tea are also included in the buffet. alcoholic and carbonated drinks not included.

make a reservation prior visiting the place. just to be sure that you will be getting a seat. it was jam-packed during our lunch visit!

will definitely visit this restaurant again!

everything is well organized. food is great. crew is awesome. overall when you survive this pandemic treat yourself here. 😆

i have tried breakfast and lunch and the selection is great.

loved the selection of food. didn't like the set up though. went with our visitors and we all had difficulty in finding the japanese section. there was no ample space between the tables and the buffet counters.  still giving it 5 stars as the food was exceptional from steak, seafood and sushi

i have given an odd and personal gauge for my ratings of hotel buffet before, and that is their attention to making their finisher dishes good (because i bake and am very hard to please with sweets). i had curated a dessert plate and all of the pieces in it were left half-eaten except the fruit tart. my reassurance that i am not being picky is that my coworker noted immediately that i won't like the desserts. she noted that it was too saccharine and most chocolate-based desserts are lacking in that rich chocolate flavor.

that small caveat on the desserts aside, there are no qualms about everything else; you gotta give it all the credit. hands-down, they have the best appetizers and entrees i've had in a buffet restaurant. the grilled tanigue and their laksa (with big scallop meat!) take the cake. for those with sharper eyes, they can spot and have candied walnuts, apricots and pine nuts in some obscure areas of the buffet. i munched them with cheese. what surprised me is their persian and thai food. delicious.

asian night is underrated because everyone else raves about the seafood-themed night. they are actually missing on the diversity of the food choices.

for the price you pay on a promo, cafe ilang ilang is hard to beat. specially in thursday when they have foie gras.

the spread is wide and the quality is much higher then the price you pay during promotion which is below 2000 pesos.

round 1 - get the roast beef steak ! it's near the chinese cuisine area. then head on to the grill and get the lamb chops

round 2 - seafood. get the oysters, and salmon sashimi.

round 3 - go around and look for anything you'd like. i recommend the italian section and the mediterranean section.

round 4 - anything you want to eat before your stomach is full 😂

round 5 - dessert. always get ice cream and their chocolate cakes. their chocolate truffles/pralines are also really good!

this is my ultimate guide whenever i go to cafe ilang ilang. really worth the money especially when you have discounts from bdo! 😊

loved it so so so much ♥️ i used a voucher, but it would have been totally worth the original price.

we went here to have a sunday lunch buffet. the food was delicious and so many food to choose from. this is one of the best buffet hotel restaurant that i have gone to. i pretty liked their lobster and roast beef, it was delicous.

i also liked their dessert section, so many desserts to choose from, they have cakes, pastries, crepes, ice cream and many more.

their seafood night is so lit. 👌 i also love their japanese section. good food and great staff will definitely go back with my family and friends.

i was really excited to try cafe ilang ilang due to its reputation and great reviews. we were here for seafood night, and buffet breakfast.
for the seafood night, i was really disappointed. the seafood for me is not that fresh and not that tasty. i was really looking forward to eating lobsters, however, it did not lived up to my expectations. i'd say that solaire's fresh is better. other dishes were okay. i also had high expectations for the dessert section. unfortunately, not all were delicious. 
the walkways are too narrow. i think they tried to fit a lot more tables than the normal capacity. you can easily bump to other people. i wasn't also a fan of the layout of the place. maybe it was just me.
i don't know if we just came at the wrong night, or i just really expected too much. 

as for the buffet breakfast, i enjoyed it more than that of dinner. although i was not able to try a lot of dishes, i was still satisfied.

everything superb. i love the coffee section, each latte i ordered came out so beautiful and tasty. the ice cream had a surprising amount of delicious flavors. the japanese section was extensive. this may very well be my favorite restaurant in all of the philippines.
