great place for client lunch. i visited burtons grill while visiting a client in south windsor. (they suggested burtons and i was, as usual, eager to try someplace new.) beautifully decorated in a modern style, burtons ambiance was energetic at lunch. we had reservations, although they weren't necessary on a tuesday. the staff was pleasant and well trained to offer a superior culinary experience. i enjoyed the black bean soup, which was the soup of the day, along with a steak salad. portion sizes were perfect. i left feeling neither hungry nor stuffed. the price was around $100 for four people. overall, i recommend this place without thinking twice. ... (maybe, if i am lucky, my clients will invite me back in warmer weather and we caneatoutside on their patio.)
