good food service sucks. i've stopped by this place around 2 times a month in the past 2 months. in most cases i find myself waiting, even with a small to moderate crowd, and last week just topped it off. i sat up at the bar. the bar tender said she would be right with me and disappeared into the back. while i waswaitingfor her to come back a regular( i guess) came in and sat down. not long after he sat down another server came out, saw him, grabbed a beer, greeted him and handed him the beer. she didn't bother to look over and ask me if i've been waited on or would like a beer. then she walked by me again and started to talk to the bar tender who just came out setting up a bucket of beer. after that, i got up and left. then went to one of their competitors.
