good food service sucks. i've stopped by this place around 2 times a month in the past 2 months. in most cases i find myself waiting, even with a small to moderate crowd, and last week just topped it off. isatup at the bar. the bar tender said she would be right with me and disappeared into the back. while i was waiting for her to come back a regular( i guess) came in andsatdown. not long after hesatdown another server came out, saw him, grabbed a beer, greeted him and handed him the beer. she didn't bother to look over and ask me if i've been waited on or would like a beer. then she walked by me again and started to talk to the bar tender who just came out setting up a bucket of beer. after that, i got up and left. then went to one of their competitors.
