fantastic food....best kept secret of the south!. as an ex-restauranteur i would like to compliment the owners for their fresh, fabulous produce, sparkling clean restaurant and friendlystaff...the food and the entire experience was first class.
i would highly recommend the salt n pepper squid, amazing crostini with basil and buffalo mozzarella, pork scallopini and the pork belly was impressive.

desserts are made on premises...all of the above makes this our new favourite local cafe

people who didn't rate this cafe because they had to wait for their food,should consider fast food next time.....good quality food is worth waiting for....

well done to the team at brushwood cafe !!!

chilli muscles delishhhh. my family and i come to brushfoot on a weekly basis! love every dish on the menu and thestaffthere are so friendly! highly recommend to try!!!

fabulous food and service!!!. i would definetly recommend brushfoot cafe. there was a large group of about 30 of us and we were so well looked after. nothing was too much trouble... i had the spaghetti marinara which was yummy!! thestaffwere very friendly. it has the feel of a family run restaurant. give it a try... we will be back for sure. thanks for an awesome nite!!

we stopped over for some takeaway coffee and food. the cafe was super clean,staffwere very friendly and the food and coffee was fresh and tasty.

great food, great service!!!. we went for dinner on saturday night. the food was brilliant. i had the calamari but tried other people on our tables food too. scotch fillet with mushroom sauce...... delicious!!! spaghetti marinara.......full of rich, plump seafood!!! calamari......lightly battered with lots of flavour!!!!
thestaffwere attentive and only too happy to help!! a great place to go in a group or to give mum the night off. we will definitely be back again!!!

we had a big group of 15 attend last night and thestaffwere nothing but amazing helping me co-ordinate and organise a set menu that everyone could enjoy, nothing was too much trouble for them despite my pestering messages with silly questions. the food was absolutely devine and everyone left immensely happy and wanting to return very soon. the quality was outstanding and the quantity was very generous. they even went out if their way to make things not currently in there menu at our request and added an additional last minute sauce to one if their dishes with a few hours notice at my request without any issues. i cannot speak highly enough of the food and service. the price was brilliant and would not hesitant in recommending to anyone

this is a hidden gem on russell road. we were here for lunch on saturday and had the watermelon and very juice, creamy garlic tiger prawns and beef gnocchi. the food was great - especially the prawns. was just so delicious. the ambience is modern cafe kinds and thestaffare courteous. service was good. overall definitely recommend this place !

come here regularly.staffare always lovely and the food is pretty good. when ever i have had problems with food or drinks thestaffhave been helpful and fixed things right away with out hesitation. would be good to see more vegetarian and kids options

all thestaffwere friendly and welcoming. and we loved out meals!! this was our second meal from brushfoot cafe this month and we will definitely be back again.

could not recommend this place enough! the atmosphere is amazing, thestaffwere friendly and extremely accommodating!! the food was delicious and very cheap for the quality of the food you get

seriously great cafè to visit and have either breakfast, lunch or dinner. waitstaffare super friendly and approachable. chef brought us our food and explained in detail what we are going to eat. when i did not finish my pasta chef asked us how was the food and if i wanted to take the rest of pasta home. it was very nice how she packed it for me, wrote down the name of pasta and date. great touch!! very friendly italians!

however, i do want to highlight it is family orientated place to dine in. i would not recommend to have a date there as some kids make noise.

gorgeous. this is a lovely little café. i have been a few times. lovely food and coffee. all homemade and utterly delicious! thestaffare really lovely as well. this is the full package! make sure you go.
