fantastic food....best kept secret of the south!. as an ex-restauranteur i would like to compliment the owners for their fresh, fabulous produce, sparkling clean restaurant and friendly staff ...thefoodand the entire experience was first class.
i would highly recommend the salt n pepper squid, amazing crostini with basil and buffalo mozzarella, pork scallopini and the pork belly was impressive.

desserts are made on premises...all of the above makes this our new favourite local cafe

people who didn't rate this cafe because they had to wait for their food,should consider fastfoodnext time.....good qualityfoodis worth waiting for....

brushfoot cafe! thumbs up!. this morning was the time my friends & i tried this café. we were really impressed with thefoodand service. even though we did have to wait awhile for ourfoodwe were informed in the beginning. the customer service was excellent and that's one thing that i think is very important in the hospitality industry. all thefoodwas well priced and coffee was great. i can be fussy with my coffee at times but i was impressed with the brushfoot coffee standard aswell as the price.
i would definitely come back and must say first time experience was very enjoyable.
well done brushfoot café! nice to see a great café near my area:)

i ate here several weeks ago for dinner on a saturday night with my family.

i came away from the experience looking forward to my next visit.
thefoodgreat and the service was fantastic.

we ordered several orders of bruschetta, chicken parma, ceasar salad, a pork special and a diy kids meal containing squid and chips. all of thefoodwas cooked very well, a pleasant simplicity that has been missing from cafes for some time.

it was also fully booked when we ate there and didn't show any of the cracks in a lot of other places when there are that many people to cater for. the front of house ran a very efficient system!

all in all a very good experience for all of us.

have been a few times in the past but this time will be my last. thefoodis good but having to wait 20min for a coffee and then 50 minutes to get scrambled eggs is ridiculous! then my dad finally gets served and my mom and i have to wait a further 10min longer to get ours. we all ordered the same. you get your meal shoved in front of you with a side of sorry for it taking so long. lost my appetite by the time it arrived. if you can put up with slow rubbish service then you will be fine.

fabulousfoodand service!!!. i would definetly recommend brushfoot cafe. there was a large group of about 30 of us and we were so well looked after. nothing was too much trouble... i had the spaghetti marinara which was yummy!! the staff were very friendly. it has the feel of a family run restaurant. give it a try... we will be back for sure. thanks for an awesome nite!!

my partner and i have eaten here several times for both breakfast and dinner. all meals have been cooked to perfection! eggs are always perfectly poached the banana pancakes are the best!!! also tried the hash browns as a side and i'd say they're the best i've had...most places just serve the generic frozen ones. sunday's are super busy so i've found there's a little wait for the food.. but it's worth it. saturday wasn't as busy so the wait was shorter. there is just no pleasing some people. i'd much rather wait for goodfood:) really nice family too :)

great food, great service!!!. we went for dinner on saturday night. thefoodwas brilliant. i had the calamari but tried other people on our tablesfoodtoo. scotch fillet with mushroom sauce...... delicious!!! spaghetti marinara.......full of rich, plump seafood!!! calamari......lightly battered with lots of flavour!!!!
the staff were attentive and only too happy to help!! a great place to go in a group or to give mum the night off. we will definitely be back again!!!

wonderful quaint cafe in a quiet area with wonderful service and thefoodis to die for.
beautifully presented, taste sensational and pricing is surprisingly low for the quality.
def my new fav place to dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner 🥰

we had a big group of 15 attend last night and the staff were nothing but amazing helping me co-ordinate and organise a set menu that everyone could enjoy, nothing was too much trouble for them despite my pestering messages with silly questions. thefoodwas absolutely devine and everyone left immensely happy and wanting to return very soon. the quality was outstanding and the quantity was very generous. they even went out if their way to make things not currently in there menu at our request and added an additional last minute sauce to one if their dishes with a few hours notice at my request without any issues. i cannot speak highly enough of thefoodand service. the price was brilliant and would not hesitant in recommending to anyone

we came to this cafe for the first time on the weekend. coffee and tea were good. as with the food, my friends like their crepes that they offered. i didn't really enjoy the pulled pork dish that i had.foodwere beautifully presented.
we noticed them selling the strudels from freddie strudels which is a bonus not having to drive down to northbridge to buy them. staffs are very friendly.

this is a hidden gem on russell road. we were here for lunch on saturday and had the watermelon and very juice, creamy garlic tiger prawns and beef gnocchi. thefoodwas great - especially the prawns. was just so delicious. the ambience is modern cafe kinds and the staff are courteous. service was good. overall definitely recommend this place !
