private dinner party for the graduate. tracy, let me begin by thanking you. i started planning this event for my daughter months ago with the intent of having it at another venue. within two weeks of our impending dinner, things started to fall apart and i was getting very nervous and was becoming very upset with the "other" restaurant. tracy, you made me feel like there was nothing to this and made this special night come together in, what i feel was, a very short period of time. i ask that you commend your staff from the kitchen to the servers. i am very impressed with your level of service that was both personal and professional. even my family and friends who breezed in from new york had nothing butgreatthings to say about saturday evening's dinner party.
ryan, from the moment we shook hands, i could tell you were professional as well as easy going. you made every aspect of the evening light and cheerful. you kept those very important ladies' glasses fresh with alcoholic beverages and gave me much laugh about. even though, our two plates came in late, there was so much good vibe in the air that we hardly noticed. thank you, ryan, for keeping it light and professional at the same time.
charles, you move fast and can sometimes appear out of no where. your charm and personality added to our evening and kept my family and friends full of laughter and good spirits. you are an asset to the brio family and i hope every event gets your personal attention.
maureen, thank you so much for coordinating and setting up our video segment of the evening. though we did have some sound issues, everyone enjoyed the short presentation of my daughter's beautiful life. it topped off our night to pay tribute to our graduate in such a special way.
and, finally, to the rest of the staff that we never saw or barely saw, thank you as well. without the prep cooks and busboys and chefs, our night would have been bland and "un" eventful. thank you some much for making this night even more special than it already was.
as far as complaints, i really have none. i would only offer a suggestion to add a simple speaker system to the flat screen to get the sound down to the guests.
thank you again, tracy and the wonderful staff at brio easton. you totally rock!
