love it!!. we love brio's!! the bruschetta quattro is the perfect appetizer. the lobster bisque is amazing! for lunch we have had the sliced steak salad & its always good. the crab cakes & all the pasta dishes are wonderful. our kids always enjoy rolling out dough then having it baked in the oven. but they don't love the kids menu & they think the pizza sauce is bitter. so we usually just go when its the two of us. love the desserts as well. the creme brulee isgreat& ordering the little sample desserts in cups is always fun. the atmosphere isgreat& its always nice if you can sit on the patio (during nice weather) with a view of the fountain...ahhh.

the food here isgreatbut the service is horribly slow. went here for a business lunch and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes for our food to come out after ordering. i only recommend if you have more than 2 hours to dine.

after stopping in the center for the apple store & michael kors we were famished & wanted something close so the girls who helped us with the purse recommend here. we arrived before the rush so were seated right away, by the time we left the bar and restaurant was packed. our waiter was okay but everything we ordered was very good. started with the italian wedding soup and sasuage, pepperoni & ricotta flatbread both which were delicious.  for entree's we had pasta brio which hadgreatflavor, the lobster & shrimp ravioli which was spicy and the sauce a little different then expected, this was probably our least favorite, and the grilled salmon fresca which was amazing.  we ended our meal with coffees and variety of desserts which all were worth the calories.

private dinner party for the graduate. tracy, let me begin by thanking you. i started planning this event for my daughter months ago with the intent of having it at another venue. within two weeks of our impending dinner, things started to fall apart and i was getting very nervous and was becoming very upset with the "other" restaurant. tracy, you made me feel like there was nothing to this and made this special night come together in, what i feel was, a very short period of time. i ask that you commend your staff from the kitchen to the servers. i am very impressed with your level of service that was both personal and professional. even my family and friends who breezed in from new york had nothing butgreatthings to say about saturday evening's dinner party.

ryan, from the moment we shook hands, i could tell you were professional as well as easy going. you made every aspect of the evening light and cheerful. you kept those very important ladies' glasses fresh with alcoholic beverages and gave me much laugh about. even though, our two plates came in late, there was so much good vibe in the air that we hardly noticed. thank you, ryan, for keeping it light and professional at the same time.

charles, you move fast and can sometimes appear out of no where. your charm and personality added to our evening and kept my family and friends full of laughter and good spirits. you are an asset to the brio family and i hope every event gets your personal attention.

maureen, thank you so much for coordinating and setting up our video segment of the evening. though we did have some sound issues, everyone enjoyed the short presentation of my daughter's beautiful life. it topped off our night to pay tribute to our graduate in such a special way.

and, finally, to the rest of the staff that we never saw or barely saw, thank you as well. without the prep cooks and busboys and chefs, our night would have been bland and "un" eventful. thank you some much for making this night even more special than it already was.

as far as complaints, i really have none. i would only offer a suggestion to add a simple speaker system to the flat screen to get the sound down to the guests.

thank you again, tracy and the wonderful staff at brio easton. you totally rock!

tiny filet, tiny price. tiny filet, but at agreatprice! cooked a little rare, but edible, and worth it. the caesar salad was excellent... not sure it had the red wine vinaigrette, but it was delicious! if i lived in nj, i would be a regular at brio.

a step up from olive garden. this place is always packed. i finally got my chance to eat here during the osu/michigan game (itsgreatto not really care about osu football, can get so much done). the verdict? it was good, not great.

we started with the bruschetta sampler. this was by far the best thing we had in this restaurant. it was a perfect appetizer to share as there were 4 different types, each with two samples. it was fun to try each one and talk about which one we liked the best. they were all excellent and it is hard to think about how to improve this dish.

i had the risotto with chicken, asparagus, pancetta, and pine nuts..along with a lettuce wedge artfully disguised with an italian name. the salad was forgettable. the risotto was fine, but could be better. the rice had not been cooked enough to release its starch so it had more of a texture of watery rice than risotto. the pancetta was limp and somehow had little taste. the chicken was tasty though, and the asparagus and nuts added nice crunch to an otherwise mushy dish (i know i know, its risotto its supposed to be somewhat mushy).

my date had the crab cakes. all that can be said was that the roasted vegetables that accompanied it were good. it actually took me a second to remember what she ate, so it did not make agreatimpression, but not horrible by any means either.

the prices were a tad high for the quality but probably just right given its prime location. think one notch up from olive garden for about a dollar more.

the atmosphere was warm and inviting, i thought the interior design was welcoming.

the service was quick, as i am sure it has to be to keep up with huge crowds.

this restaurant gets the job done if you are in easton and want italian. i would not go out of my way to eat here though.

great!. i dined here for the first time this weekend. the service was phenomenal and my entree was to. die. for. i ordered the shrimp and lobster fettuccine. o. my. word....this is hands down the best pasta dish i have ever had anywhere. the spicy butter sauce added such a unique flavor--it was just absolutely fantastic. my wife ordered the chicken pomodoro classico...which wasn't great. i had a few bites, and it just tasted like spaghetti with sauce. don't get me wrong....it didn't taste bad, it was just plain. however, my dish was amazing!
the bread served at the beginning of the meal was just about the best i've ever had--wonderful! overall, agreatexperience and will be back!
