great service and food. our server was joseph. he was outstanding and i even noted his excellence to the manager after dinner.
we had the brushetta trio as an appetizer which was delicious. we both ordered steak. i eat steak fairly often and am quite critical when it comes to steak. this was delicious. so good that we decided to come back again the next day.
we had a different server the next night and service was not very good at all but the food was still excellent.

we tried brilo for the first time last night, celebrating 2 birthdays. the food was great, but service was very disappointing. our waiter kept telling us he was so busy helping w a banquet at the other end of the restaurant. we waited a long time for everything, to order and to get good. had to remind him about drink orders 3 times and when they arrived, they were wrong.
for a special occasion ( which we told our waiter) and a first time visit, it was not a good experience. $200 bill but unfortunately our waiter didn't get more than the standard tip. not sure we'll be back.

very good food. we went here this afternoon for lunch and there was a crowd; 10-20 minute wait. the staff were friendly, and the food was served quickly. we ordered a lunch dish to share, and the kitchen split it prior to bringing it out (pesto pasta). romantic atmosphere, too. a little on the higher-end price-wise, but still worth at least one try if you like tuscan food.

meh pasta. nothing really special about it. 9.99 pasta dishes at a 15.99 price. a bit "much" with the decor. i got the feeling like its a chain trying to be a really nice olive garden (dont like olive garden either). it probably doesnt help im italian and grew up on home made pasta...

brio tuscan grille at polaris fashion place http://www.brioitalian.com/polaris_fashion_place.html overall grubgrade b   the breakdown:   atmosphere:   grade a-:   if you’ve ever been to bravo, then you might be a little confused when you walk through the front doors of brio.  these two restaurants are so similar in décor that you might doubt your sanity and think you’ve entered the wrong restaurant.  the interior is clean, and the overall vibe is very mediterranean with all the stucco adorning the walls.  when we visited, there weren’t a whole lot of other people there, but like its cousin bravo, the place seemed really noisy.  seating was nicely spaced, and other than some poor seals around some doors and windows making the place drafty, the overall atmosphere was really nice. high marks:   clean, well-spaced tables low marks:    noisy and drafty …………………………………………………………………….. service:   grade b :   after a change in tables (the first place they sat us was right in front of some doors t

this place has definitely gone downhill. prices too high for the quality of food you receive. i got the fettuccine rustica, it was ok but the pasta was literally in one huge sticky clump. my husband got the grilled pork chop which came with grilled veggies and a mountain of mashed potatoes. it could have really used a sauce to go over it. for the $30 we spent there we could have easily made a better meal at home. won't be back.

our waiter ed was engaging and attentive. the orzo, dried cranberries and arugula salad side was better than my roasted vegetable panini. next time i will just get the lobster bisque and this amazing side. recommended!

poor quality. we went to brio for lunch bypassing other restaurants today to eat outside and have good food. the server never brought us silverware or small plates. waited a long time for bread basket. but most disappointing was food came out wrong then was changed and mashed potatoes were still underneath. lasagne is better frozen from stouffers. won't go back. draft beer selection is poorest in columbus. lots of other places to spend your money.

impeccable service and food. our waiter was patient with our table of 7 and brought us everything we asked for and we were high maintenance. our favorites were the bruschetta sampler, fra diablo, mushroom ravioli, all salads and mahi mahi, little desert trios were nice to try...cocktails were amazing. didn't like the crab cakes but we are picky about them and warned our waiter he said to try them and when we didn't like them he replaced it with more fra diablo. we loved our experience here!!!

bad night, disappointing. after not having eaten at brio (easton) for about 6 months, we ate there tonight and it was really disappointing. the food was not good. two of us got salad with grilled salmon on top and the salad was mostly chopped romaine and iceberg; no baby or micro greens, nothing to really give it interest except for some radicchio. there was supposed to be asparagus on the salad and the pieces were shriveled and nearly black. there was too much dressing and the overall effect was chopped, oily, dumped on a plate. nasty! my mother ordered veal milanese and it came out on a plate with a bunch of overcooked noodles and some meat and sauce dumped on top. the presentation was so unappetizing and just not upscale and elegant the way we had come to expect from brio. was this a bad night? or has brio gone downhill? on the basis of tonight's food if this were a first meal at brio, i'd never want to go back.

always good. brio's is always top notch with excellent service. the wait staff are a major factor in a quality restaurant experience and the staff at brio's are among the best. my wife and i were celebrating our 41st anniversary and chose brio's, knowing it would not disappoint. everything was delicious and our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable. we were very happy with our evening at brio's.
