love it! they always cheerfully accommodate special requests. everything we ever tried has been great. been there about ten times. i really enjoy the atmosphere. the hostesses could be a little friendlier, but the waitstaff and management are very service oriented.

had dinner at this place last night. great food, wine list was decent. it's a loud place to have a quite dinner though.

slow service with a poor waitress to boot. food was good, but overpriced and bland. all entrée were between $14-$29 so it doesn't match the urbanspoon $$ rating.

the setting is the only nice thing about this resturant. i have not had a good service yet! after today's sunday service, i will not me returning. we had two people order the same meal, one appetizer and drinks. the waitress got the order wrong, and then screwed up the ticket, charging us for another parties order. this is the third time we have had a bad service. do not let the setting fool you, if you want a slow and problem ridden service then this is your place!!

good food :). i worked at brio for 4+years. a couple of my favorites include chopped salad, margerita flatbread, pasta fra diavolo (w/chicken or shrimp), wood grilled salmon w/citrus pesto, beef carpaccio, and the shrimp and lobster garganelli. most of the food a brio is pretty good!

overpriced and marginally authentic, e.g., ask whether they make their own pasta. nice view, but try via baci for truly fantastic authentic italian food for much less $.

awesome, but not a fan of the pasta. i only went here because my mom loves the one in michigan so she sent me a gift card, but i keep going back! the ambiance is great...really pretty inside and they have a patio in the summer. the bread that they put on the table is to die for. try the wedge salad - it's my favorite! i don't really like a lot of their pasta dishes including the lasagna, but the lunch paninis are good and so is their artichoke encrusted pork chop!

great food. brio has some of the best italian food i've ever had. and that is saying allot!

good menu selection, quality ingredients and good service, nice elegant atmosphere and an over wonderful dining experience.

used to be "great".... when brio first opened, we could not get enough of their delicious food. however, we noticed the quality creep downhill the last 4 visits. now, we will probably not go back. the salads don't seem fresh (maybe prepped & refrigerated?), the appetizers are lackluster and the entrees are just so-so. we have not received the excellent service as in the past either. the waiters seem preoccupied with each other and not attentive to the customers. i hope things get better so that we can return one day.
