i really hope we were not the exception here and i am not leading you all miserably astray, but we had such a delicious meal here, and i finally have a reason to go out for italian food again! i mean, you really can't buy bell-shaped pasta at macey's (i think), and somehow it just tastes better in that adorable shape :) if you're craving italian and are finally ready to cut off the chains which bind you to the hour+ long waits at olive garden,briois definitely the place to go!

so for my first visit i went in looking for a good steak my server suggested the gorgonzola crusted bistecca this was amazing cook to the perfect medium rare. he also suggested an excellent pinot noir called sketchbook. man my taste buds were in heaven. to finish it off our servers favorite dessert was the new york cheesecake fabulous :-) just want to say thanks to jonathan and tobriochefs for making this an excellent experience we definitely will be back

beautiful bruschetta. are you headed to brio? try thebriobruschetta quattro plate. i loved having a sampling of all their bruschettas. my personal favorite features prosciutto atop asparagus with fontina cheese all on a crusty flatbread. delicious!

the shrimp mediterranean had just the right amount of spice and a citrusy pesto vinaigrette that tasted like spring.

we finished with their flavorful bread pudding. i do prefer more of a crunchy crust on top, but the custard sauce made up for any lack of texture. it comes with a garnish of vanilla ice cream.

we were well taken care of at brio. with it’s elegant atmosphere it could easily accommodate casual lunches as well as a celebration dinner.

total thumbs up. i went tobriolast night and i am still thinking about how great it was. everything i ate was fantastic and i had a lot of food. my favorite appetizer was the bruschetta sampler. there were different flavors all working beautifully together. usually when i order a wedge salad there is too much cheese and dressing on it. the wedge salad atbriohad the perfect amount. i will say one word about the carbonara, wow! i also tried two different steak dishes that my friends had ordered and they were equally good. then after all that, there was no better way to end the meal than to have the chocolate molten cake. unbelievable night! thank youbriofor the great food and service.

best dinner out ever. first time atbriotuscan grille, my wife and i loved the food and service. we were given the choice of sitting in the dining room with the wait time about 45 to 55 minutes, or we could sit at the bar type seating facing the kitchen. we sat at the kitchen, and it was so much fun since it was our first time we were able to see some different plates before ordering. surprisingly the noise level of the kitchen was no louder than the noise of the dining room; i would sit there again and would suggest it to all couples it would not be good for communication for more than two people. also in regards to seating at the kitchen i would like to thank and hold high regards to the manager in when a party of three people came in and the hostess was going to allow them to sit at the kitchen even though there were only two available seats, so they would have to squeeze in an extra chair. the manager came and said it was not possible to place another chair there, i was so very; happy, glad, and impressed that the manager could see there was not enough room. (the party of three could have fit but it would have been crowed and uncomfortable.) we also got to talk with some of the chefs, it was nice to see that the chefs where personable and willing to go above and beyond. a suggestion i have is allow the chefs pass the food over directly to those sitting at the kitchen, because with our appetizers they were prepared right in front of us. then our appetizers went down to the other side of the kitchen and sat under warmers for several minutes to be brought around. also if the food was passed through from the cooking side it would not be so awkward for waiter/waitress to place the plate in front of you. i would like to mention that never have i seen or heard a kitchen run so well, the great communication and team work is reflected in the taste, appearance, and speed of receiving food. the seating at the kitchen and never felt crowed or uncomfortable even with all six seats filled. the manager attentive and came to say "hello" and check on us, he also provide certificates for free appetizers, for the next time we came in and we did not have any problems or have anything that upset us, in fact it was great. the only thing i wish is that the price is a little less because then i could afford to go more than once every six to twelve months. but i understand making great food is not cheap, if the price going down at all affected the end results or attitudes of employees i would rather just pay the extra money, because it is so worth paying a bit more for somewhere that great.
sorry the review is jumbled but overall best italian food i have ever had in my life. the best restaurant i have ever been to.

my entry - roasted lamb chops with caesar salad
wife's dessert - chocolate mascarpone cheesecake

surprisingly awesome. i didn't knowbriooffers sunday and saturday brunch!! i went there last week with some girl friends, and they're white chocolate raspberry french toast was ridiculous!! they also offer mimosas and bloody marys! which i was excited to find in utah. the service was great. the building is gorgeous, and it wasn't as pricey as i thought. brunch ranged from 10-15 dollars, and they have this thing that's apps for 2.95 at certain times. awesome to have a place to brunch again!


oh and they have this beautiful patio also, can't wait to sit out here when its warmer!

brio lover!!!!!. i have now been tobrioat least 8 times. on every single visit the food and the service was incredible. we have been there for dinner, brunch and appetizer time in the bar. it is now our favorite restaurant in this town. there are 6 of us that go to dinner frequently together and have not been anywhere for the last 3 months all of the food we have tried has been great. my favorite is the penne ala vodka so amazing! the service has been above reproach. i am allergic to bell
peppers and they always male sure that my meal is cooked no where near the food that is cooked with bell peppers

my girlfriends and i have done the $2.95 appetizers what a deal same great food just better prices.

foot steps away from olive garden, leagues above. as fashion place expands to become more of a super-center for shopping and food--the newest addition isbriotuscan grill. now,brioisn't the typical place to eat i find myself in. i support mom-and-pop eateries whenever i can, however in the bustle of busy fall shopping my family found themselves choosing between this new establishment, or the same run-of-the-mill "corporate" eatery. this was surprising. the young servers were upbeat, informed and our server gave us friendly and helpful service. i ordered a ravioli caprese dish that was full of delicious, round and succulent tomatoes. it was a little dry, however the portions and delicious cheeses made it worth it. all the other food in my party were also more than satisfactory. a salmon dish, a margherita burchetta and veal. the best was the desert, the "desert menu" itself was the server bringing an assorted tray of the available deserts. i ordered a delicious, creamy creme-bule cake. it was one of the best i have ever had. overall, the place has a very "corporate" feel--however, the food tastes home-like and the presentation of the food was visually delicious like the food. if you find yourself shopping at the fashion place mall, eat no where else.
