though not a place for a leisurely brunch... but an amazing pittstop bakery coffee joint

i had brunch here today and while my avo on sourdough was enjoyable i found that my forgotten coffee let me down. the place was incredibly busy and i agree with a previous poster on the chocolate brownie. absolutely delicious.

great bread. great bakery, maybe even the best bread in brisbane?! good bagels, proper chewy sourdough, fresh doughnuts some days mmmmmmmmmm sweet treats are pretty tasty too.

our favourite local bakeries.

yes they're not the cheapest and yes the queue can get quite long but, imo totally worth it. our little one loved the croissants which is a double edge sword since she pretty much refuses to eat any none-brewbaker's ones now!

here's a tip from a local - get there before 8am on most saturday and usually there's minimum wait time.

delicious. always happy to have the chance to head to brewbakers for a cheese/onion bagel, sourdough donut and coffee. staff are always friendly and working as fast as they can to keep up with the customers

excellent coffee and great breads. one of the best bakeries in brisbane with friendly helpful staff, and great coffee as an added bonus. the sourdough chocolate brownies take me straight to my internal happy place

i don't often splurge on bakery goods but brewbakers has me finding my way back there weekly! you won't find a better bakery in brisbane.

long lines and worth the wait. huge lines and typical bakery food.
but the coffee is the best in albion and the bread is delicious!

this is a fantastic artisan bakery producing wonderful bread from organic ingredients. we loved our sandwiches but we were disappointed by the sausage rolls - the filling was very sausagey with a very low meat content - not good value at all!

good coffee. went there fri just before lunch. ordered bagel with salmon, egg, cream cheese & a small flat white. bagels was very nice although a bit pricey at $13. coffee was the right temp, really good flavour and well priced. looks as though they have a good range of products there. would love to try one of the croissants next time. worth a visit.staff were friendly. didn't notice any aloof wannabe cool types out the front but im sure they are there on the weekend.

i recommend their doughnuts and sourdough croissants and sourdough loafs. you are reading it right, their croissants are sourdough based and are actually quite nice. not as flaky as normal croissants though.

mislocated a listing at woolloowin so drove to forage my brekkie around. not until i drove past and noticed the queue of customers outside this bakery, then i realized i was at the albion area.
have not been back for nearly three years that tempted me to give it a go. followed the queue and waited around five minutes to get the chance to order an almond croissant and a flat white.
well the croissant was not he best that i had but it came with good texture and the filling was not over-sweet. coffee served as the perfect partner for the croissant. they made me a good sunday brekkie😋

one word: doughnuts!! oh my god. i was lucky enough to get a hot jam doughnut. so so delicious. the perfect size to get enough filling without being excessive. if this was closer to my house, i’d be there daily. probably a good thing it’s not closer then... :)

the staff are always so lovely. try the brownie, it will change your perception on brownies and for good and become the new benchmark by which all others are measured. so decadent
