amazingly good. brewbakers its definitely one of the best (if not the best) bakeries in brisbane. even if just for a simple and melt-in-your-mouth delicious baguette or if you want to try some of their super tasty sandwiches, this is the place. for me, their best sandwich is made with roast pork, apple mayo (freshly made) and their mind-blowing walnut bread. its just amazing! order along with an organic latte and an obscene good chocolate brownie. i am sure that you will love it.

best quiche ever!!. after waiting in a long queue, i got mushroom quiche and a sour dough jam doughnuts. i am not a vegetarian but just to taste the real fillings of the quiche i chose mushroom and cheese. the quiche was not eggie at all and the mushroom tasted so good in the quiche. also a sour dough jam doughnut completely melted in my mouth. it was really interesting and joyful flavor to have sour dough doughnut.

beautiful. i can't buy bread from brewbakers too often- i wind up eating the whole loaf within 24 hours!

a little pricey, i suppose, but pretty worth it. date/walnut bagels are to die for.

amazing bread and great staff- the date-walnut bagels are to die for! very disappointed that they have no soy milk, though!

this place is amazing for their sweets, bread and coffee but their actual breakfast menu is way overpriced for what you get in quality and quantity. overall this is just a great place to come for the bakery goods and i'm finding myself craving the yummies from here more often than not

overrated. the positive reviews for this place are pure hype. the food was below average which was disappointing considering the price. the service was rude and i will not be returning.

bacon & egg roll, cappuccino. my first visit to brewbakers - but it won't be the last! - i got a bacon & egg roll and cappuccino takeaway for breakfast plus an almond croissant for later. i think the bacon & egg roll would have been awesome if the bacon wasn't so crispy! some bits of bacon were almost black they were so overcooked - if not for that i would give it a 10 out or 10. coffee is good, not too strong though. looking forward to the almond croissant to see how it measures up against chouquette...
the line was very long when i turned up and i almost walked away, but it didn't take long to get served. so don't be put off by a long line, they do have lots of staff serving customers promptly.
edit: the almond croissant was disappointingly soggy and bland (stick to chouqette for these).

albeit small, you are sure to be spoilt by a different variety of breads, pastries and bagels. unsurprisingly, this bakery cafe is extremely popular among locals.

prices have gone up although it's getting much busier. have been going to this local gem for about 7 years now off and on. it can be hard to have a wander up the road on a saturday morning anymore and be guaranteed a breezy table but good to know their business is increasing as it is a fantastic bakery with lovely staff. that said, i can't imagine why we're still paying almost $7 for a loaf of bread and the almond croissants (and many other sweets) have increased quite a lot. bacon and egg roll's don't seem to be made fresh anymore and now they have a bitter relish in them.
all in all, still a great place to go. is getting a little too crowded though and when that happens, sweet delicious espresso around the corner is pretty nice.

but the best thing about brew bakers is that they use their beautiful breads to make gorgeous gourmet sandwiches - ham off the bone with salad or roast pork on walnut bread are my favourites and the perfect option for a lunch on the go. but for those that have the time (and patience) you can dine in and order off their breakfast menu. the breakfast baguette served with herbed scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and a sourdough baguette and is the perfect way the start the day.
