breeze - radisson blu resort

we were looking for a break from our hectic city life and wanted to have a great relaxing time. we thought of trying radissonbluresort at dibaa. we were total 6 friends and bought a one day trial package at the resort. location is good as it is adjacent to the beautiful sea shore. valet parking is available. after chilling at the sea we all jumped in the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and selected unlimited drinks available at the nearby bar. buffet lunch was extensive and served lot of choices. however, there were limited choices in vegetarian options. overall the ambiance, customer service and food was good and value for money. would definitely go again and would recommend to others.

we stayed in radissonblufujairah and they serve their breakfast on this restaurant. they have both indoor and outdoor (terrace) seating, which has good views. the buffet spread is vast. from continental to indian to arabic cuisine, everything was there and it all tasted good. definitely recommend this place.

during our staycation at radissonbluresort fujairah we got to experience a scrumptious buffet spread at breeze. we enjoyed having their dinner, lunch and breakfast. they served up some pretty unique and delicious eats, from salads, appetisers, to mains and desserts, everything was prepared with fresh ingredients and the flavours got our mouths watering.

the major highlight of our stay was their breakfast and lunch buffet, such lavish varieties of dishes to choose from, especially the cooking stations. we enjoyed it so much, and the views from their restaurant is pure bliss to relax and taken in the pleasant experience.

they have exceptional customer service, very courteous and always attentive towards each table. the place is very well kept, their staff greets you with a smile, making sure your needs are tended to. it was a delightful place to be in, we loved it.

since we had our stay at the radissonbluresort, our breakfast was scheduled at breeze resturant located in the resort...the resturant has beautiful beach views to enjoy along while you dine here

there was a spread of baked delicacies, fruits, veggies, salads, some mains but sadly we cannot call it a "hearty breakfast"...very limited choices & not very great

tried their vegetable rice which was one of the breakfast options & it was too salty...the breakfast items lacked taste & it was had to decide what to eat to get the best of our breakfast experience

staff was willing to help & be courteous with the orders but were unable to handle the crowded resturant & deliver timely performance...also when we left we were shocked to see a huge line gathered outside the resturant who were kept on waiting till there is space in...not a radisson 5 star hospitality spirit & service kept maintained...

we had a breakfast once on our 2 nights stay. it is decent for the price (75aed inclusive of all taxes when booked thru reception a night earlier) but i've had much better at most other radissonbluhotels.

very expansive spread of breads, pastries, cheeses, arabic breakfast staples (foul, makdous, labneh), jams, cereals, eggs, bacon, beans, veggies, a few asian dishes, pancakes, waffles, juices, coffee, tea... quite the variety.

while staying in radissonbluresort got a chance to go breeze for breakfast...

it was quite average wid very very less variety ov food...
if i compare it wid a breakfast ov my any other hotel stay this one has the least buffet spread i ve evr had...

for aed 95 per person u r getting bland food n very less options to eat.....overall a waste ov money...

so would never recommend anyone to have breakfast dere...

had an opportunity to have two breakfasts and a dinner here, and i absolutely am in love with this place. located on level 1 of radissonblufujairah it's a nice all day restaurant.

the breakfast spread and service was noteworthy. the staff, both service and kitchen, works with passion and makes you feel at home. one thing i was impressed with was the 'yes i can' motto they imbibe. we had the set menu for dinner which was for 150 aed per person for a 4-course meal. the seafood platter, mezze, and california rolls were just yummy. my favorite was the squid stuffed with baby prawns.

they should do something about the outlet lighting in the night as it feels a bit dull. but nothing can beat the awesome experience here!

radissonblufujairah is one of the prettiest and the most relaxing resort in the uae as it is facing the beach. breeze offers a buffet of intercontinental cuisine with variety of starters, maincourse and desserts to choose from including a live pasta station!
we had an orange juice and mint&lemon juice which were both very refreshing!
the all day buffet is quite frequently changing but included fresh salads,cold cuts, pizzas, vegetable soups and so much more! all of the food tasted quite fresh and hot!
the variety of desserts was amazing as we were delighted to see options of cakes,tarts, puddings, custard, cupcakes and even donuts. the desserts not only tasted great but were eye-pleasing as they were colorful and so creative.
overall, breeze has the best of everything that includes their variety of cuisines, the good service and obviously the breathtaking view of the beach!uae blogger journey

radissonbluis tucked away in the beautiful sea shore of the al aqah beach, one of the finest beaches in the uae. it is a fun drive down through the mountains, along the shore and then the resort. right from the entrance to the greeting to the people who accompanied us to the restaurant, the experience was wonderful. specially in the weather it is getting beautiful and the restaurant flaunts a wide arrangement of buffet indoors and outdoors at fujairah’s most beautiful terrace. since we went on a friday afternoon, there was a friday buffet arranged.

breeze flaunts a beautiful seating arrangement with a huge seating stretching from one end to another, covering all different varieties of food. they had varieties ranging from international, seafood, meat cold cuts and hot, live cooking, salads, breakfast including cereals and others, arabic and my most favorite and something that shouldn’t missed – dessert. they had a smart carving on a watermelon which made me laugh – “yes i can”. “surely, challenge accepted” i said as i took my seat.

here are the must haves:

they also had salads in the most gorgeous form in fried cups which enhanced the presentation of the dishes. their cold soups made of mango, ginger, mint, carrots are something that you just cannot avoid. they had a gorgeous alcoholic vodka based brink with watermelon which had a unique blend and flavor. the salad section with thai beef salad is spicy and tangy, one of the best thai beef salads i have had. smoked salmon with asparagus has a melt in your mouth texture and will give you a delicious bend of asparagus mixed flavors. assorted cheese and the mozzarella and cherry tomato sticks were stunning and equally delicious. try this with their saffron based sauce and it will amaze you.

there also was veal sausage & turkey bacon, hassel back potatoes, chicken fricadels with pepper sauce, roast lamb with mint sauce, baked fish with saffron sauce, seafood paella rice, and the thing you should absolutely not miss is the chicken fricadels, baked fish with saffron sauce and the rice. i loved the variety of main options that were there to choose from.

the dessert surely had me dazzled. the wide variety of treats for kids and adults alike is something i was looking forward to. i wanted to keep a big portion empty to swipe off the soufflé, the sorbet in the orange shell, dark chocolate mousse with plum compote, vanilla creme brule, chocolate brownie, fresh fruit and dark chocolate gateaux, debosh cake, cupcakes, lugaimat, layered honey cake, some amazing superstar cakes, and cookies which i couldn’t avoid eating. they had a candy floss cone which amused me both for the presentation and the taste.

there is absolutely nothing in the buffet that i could have missed, if i had the whole day, i would have taste everything on the menu. i am sure you are bound to get tired but the food won’t stop. the variety is very overwhelming and will make you drool at at every section. do not miss the chef’s pasta made to order the way you like it. the staff and service is taken care off and you will end up eating more than you have paid for. highly recommended.

we had visited the radissonbluresort fujairah. the drive from dubai to the fujairah was very scenic. during our visit to the resort we had our lunch at “breeze” restaurant which is located on first floor, its an all-day dinning restaurant, which serves an international buffet. the restaurant has been distributed, in two spacious sections indoors and also outdoors in the terrace.  the sea can be viewed through glass frames from indoor. the sew view from the outdoor patio was stunning. the terrace had a live kitchen to provide us fresh sea foods. the second live kitchen was indoors serving stakes, grilled to perfection.

looking for a perfect staycation? a place with dreamlike environment ,comfortable & relaxing stay with great dining, stunning beaches and ultimate underwater life experience…. all you will find at this one place radissonblufujairah resort. we were invited for a blogger’s day trip at radissonblufujairah resort, it was a splendid trip, the amazing staff team of the entire resort served us the best.

radissonbluresort is a very beautiful property with amazing and spectacular private beach and you can enjoy the view with delicious food at all day dining restaurant which is breeze. recently i tried the friday brunch and my experience was really very memorable. it is the best place to unwind your self.

the staff here is friendly and helpful. they are at your service 24*7.
i won't be writing section wise as we went for the buffet. also the menu changes everyday for the buffet.
all the parents don't worry, they have special dedicated kids corner which is just fabulous and cute.
to start with they had 2 options of soups and a wide variety of salads and cold cuts that suits your choice and taste. the salads and dressing were fresh and juicy. it was just perfect.
they also had a wide variety of options for main course. which includes prepared items, live stations from pastas, omelette and fresh baked meat. they also have an outdoor live station for exotic sea food.
dessertsss ❤️😍. i was stunned to see the huge wide spread of desserts. they had so many options from mouse to cakes to ice cream and what not. i loved the line up of the dessert.
the food served surely has a high quality of ingredients. everything served here is super fresh and has a absolute perfect taste. it's cooked with outmost perfection.
i would surely tell people to visit this place for weekend brunches.

breeze is where breakfast is served at the substandard radissonbluresort in fujairah. and, as with the resort in general, it too leaves much to be desired. the breakfast buffet was more befitted a 3-star in dubai, or my other reference, istanbul. add to that a hungry horde of package holiday makers jostling for…well, everything really, and you have all the hallmarks of an “i’m never coming back here” experience. i will give them this though, service throughout the resort, this outlet in particular, did have a glimmer of radissonblu– thank goodness for that.
