breeze - radisson blu resort

nothing personal here, so pls don’t get me wrong ! since we went for a weekend at the resort we had no choice but to order from the restaurant. first we ordered pasta and chicken biryani - must say both the dishes were not great in terms of taste. later in the evening we ordered chapati’s, rice, yellow dal, panner subzi and butter chicken. the chicken as i learnt from my companion was absolutely hard, seems directly from the freezer. i had the same feedback for the paneer as well. roti was as if it is never to had ever ! it was definitely not cooked properly and was kachaa. you can’t go wrong with the dal, but still they managed. it was just about palatable given the other dishes weren’t . even the papad was kachaa. all in all, we ordered room service from the restaurant and the experience was definitely one to be forgotten !

we were looking for a break from our hectic city life and wanted to have a great relaxing time. we thought of trying radisson blu resort at dibaa. we were total 6 friends and bought a one day trial package at the resort. location is good as it is adjacent to the beautiful sea shore. valet parking is available. after chilling at the sea we all jumped in the pool and thoroughly enjoyed the pool and selected unlimited drinks available at the nearby bar. buffet lunch was extensive and served lot of choices. however, there were limited choices in vegetarian options. overall the ambiance, customer service and food was good and value for money. would definitely go again and would recommend to others.

we stayed in radisson blu fujairah and they serve their breakfast on this restaurant. they have both indoor and outdoor (terrace) seating, which has good views. the buffet spread is vast. from continental to indian to arabic cuisine, everything was there and it all tasted good. definitely recommend this place.

a lovely place, neat and clean. tasty breakfast with a large variety of delicious food items. the only thing needed attention was the coffee machine. it was a bit out of proportion but fixed quickly.

don’t try anything that has paneer. it was very very hard. the chef told they use paneer which is kept for few days , so he can’t help it.

if i was him, i would have prepared my paneer in house rather than comprising on quality.

the food was tasty otherwise, they prepared vegan food for some of us when they saw us struggling finding vegan options on menu.

there staff was very helpful.

veg food was good - paneer and the veg biriyani. being a non vegetarian, unfortunately i did not like the grill fish, kebabs or any of the non veg menu.

limited choice and not a great menu.

ambience and the service was good. enbd and adcb card had offers however none informed on the same.

dessert counter was excellent and had good choices.

breakfast and dinner buffet at radisson blu. its was very cooperative staff and amazing welcoming at the restaurant. live cooking session was bit attitude, taking order for omelet and noodle can make better rather than keep customers waiting quite some time.

as a guest of radisson blu, my husband and i were excited to visit breeze restaurant for dinner. however, we were surprised with our bad experience at this restaurant. first, the plates , glasses and cutleries smells all like eggs ( they need to clean their dishwashers as fast as they can as it is too ugly). second, none of their food tastes well. they need to hire a good chef who can at least taste the food before putting it on the shelves.moreover they need to ask the guys preparing the pasta and pizza to be more welcoming and dress them with a clean robe and not old uncleaned clothes. they need to clean the station behind the pizza and pasta station. all the food we tried were not appetiting. very bad experience. not to forget to cut properly the vegetables as well. food quality and presentation and taste very bad not worth any penny.

this was our second staycation @ radisson blu. we had our breakfast and dinner at the breeze restaurant. since it was my daughters birthday after the diner they brought a cake and sang for my daughter. it was an overwhelming experience. the buffet was vast. lot of varieties, but i found it a bit bland for my pallet. i loved the desert section.  the customer service definitely deserves a 5star. the staff was very courteous, attentive, polite.

during our staycation at radisson blu resort fujairah we got to experience a scrumptious buffet spread at breeze. we enjoyed having their dinner, lunch and breakfast. they served up some pretty unique and delicious eats, from salads, appetisers, to mains and desserts, everything was prepared with fresh ingredients and the flavours got our mouths watering.

the major highlight of our stay was their breakfast and lunch buffet, such lavish varieties of dishes to choose from, especially the cooking stations. we enjoyed it so much, and the views from their restaurant is pure bliss to relax and taken in the pleasant experience.

they have exceptional customer service, very courteous and always attentive towards each table. the place is very well kept, their staff greets you with a smile, making sure your needs are tended to. it was a delightful place to be in, we loved it.

i liked this place for a wide spread buffet providing interesting and tasty dishes. i was happy to get gluten free dishes too. the staff were very efficient in managing a large crowd during the weekend.

since we had our stay at the radisson blu resort, our breakfast was scheduled at breeze resturant located in the resort...the resturant has beautiful beach views to enjoy along while you dine here

there was a spread of baked delicacies, fruits, veggies, salads, some mains but sadly we cannot call it a "hearty breakfast"...very limited choices & not very great

tried their vegetable rice which was one of the breakfast options & it was too salty...the breakfast items lacked taste & it was had to decide what to eat to get the best of our breakfast experience

staff was willing to help & be courteous with the orders but were unable to handle the crowded resturant & deliver timely performance...also when we left we were shocked to see a huge line gathered outside the resturant who were kept on waiting till there is space in...not a radisson 5 star hospitality spirit & service kept maintained...

i was expecting the food to be good but not as per the 5 star standards. the choices in food were little and also not that great, but the service was good and the crew had a pleasing smile on their faces while serving.

very nice buffet we enjoyed over there variety of options for arab and westerers, ya but for indian you need to order separately very nice staffs, even in buffet there was no dal as my son likes dal i requested and asked them in no time they have prepared and provided me without any separate charges....food quality is also good...i think some indian sweets they should introduce in the buffet menu like gulaabjamun i think most of the people likes it including the arabs.
