go during early hours to prevent rush, i loved croissants and veg wrap, best place in puducherry. we really enjoyed the food thoroughly. i highly recommend to visit this place if you happened to be in puducherry.

rarely have i managed to get such top quality sourdough in india..

i had the summertime tartine, barbajada and chocolate granola with coconut milk. my wife kids had the el bulli (toast with chocolate shavings), scrambled tofu, quiche and a vegan frittata, all of which were top notch

located around 8kms from white town and 2 kms from auroville
we went on a saturday morning for breakfast.

what we ordered :
1. chocolate croissant
2. apple tart
3. vegan spanish tortilla
4. red velvet smoothies
5. green juice

liked the tortilla and apple tart. tortilla is too heavy for a single person.
drinks are super healthy and quite heavy.

if you are looking for a great cup of coffee, bead and chocolates is a place to be.
with delicious and aromatic coffee along with pies and other stuff to choose from, this restaurant offers a great deal with no compromise on quality.

the food menu is pretty finesse with some really delicious smoothie bowls, sandwiches and some fine organic beverages too!

if you're okay with healthy food experiments then you should definitely give a shot to this place 🤗

we visited pondy recently. we went to this place and it was so beautiful ❤️
food--
#cappucino- average taste. the serving was not clear.
# chill out chocolate- it was a milkshake with coconut milk and choco chunks and i loved it. i am not a fan of coconut milk but i really liked it. very refreshing and different.
# chicken cheese quiche-- it was freshly baked and full of cheese. must try
# mushroom pizza-- very bad in taste.the base was so hard that it was impossible to chew it. but the staff were nice and they replaced it.
price- the price was on the average side.
verdict-- highly recommend for its beautiful ambience and good food.

visited auroville’s bread & chocolate. the route, the location, the ambiance is awesome. the foods offered are truly crafted with such finesse. the menu is unique and it is perfectly matched with the quality produced in the taste and the presentation. a very positive first visit and will come back for more soon.

visiting this place for the second time.ordered bears toast and vegan spanish tortilla.the toast tasted good with cheese and honey.the tortilla tasted yummy and felt full after eating.

apple tart and chocolate croissant are the best.. has vegan options too. the summer time tartine is very pretty looking, the sandwiches and the bakery items are also mouthwatering. the restaurant serve healthy drinks in paper straws which is another thing i like.

went bnc as part of our breakfast ride(from chennai) ordered butter croissaint, chocolate croissant, apple tart, tropical smoothie bowl, p&j toast, summertime tartine.. everything tasted good, loved apple tart and butter croissaint alot... chocolate croissant was not vfm... many items from menu wer not available tats d only minus..

i’ve bookmarked this cafe for nearly a year.
finally got to come here for a lovely breakfast with my family.
a must try breakfast place for those who enjoy comfort food and healthy options. (vegan options are available as well).
what i ordered :
1) chocolate chip gluten free pancakes (a must try)
2) bear’s breakfast toast
3) pancakes (a must try)
4) affogatto
5) french press coffee (a must try)
6) hot chocolate (a must try)
7) chocolate cake (a must try)

breakfast dishes :
1) bear’s breakfast toast - comprises of 2 slices of sourdough bread with sweet ricotta cheese and honey. the combination of the ricotta cheese and honey was excellent. the sweetness of the honey and the hint of sweet ‘n sour taste in the ricotta cheese worked really well together. the ricotta cheese was really nice and soft.
2) chocolate gluten free pancakes - comprises a single fat pancake with chocolate chips, chocolate sauce, slices of banana and pomegranate. this is one of the best pancakes i’ve ever had. it was not overly bitter or sweet. the fruits and the chocolate sauce with the pancake had the perfect balance of flavours and sweetness.
3) gluten free pancakes - comprises of two pancakes with cashew cream, maple syrup, slices of banana and pomegranate. the pancakes were nice and soft. loved every bite of it.

the drinks :
1) affogato - this comprises of black coffee and a scoop of vegan chocolate ice cream. the coffee flavour was nice and strong. it was perfect with the ice cream. however the vegan chocolate ice cream was a little bitter for me so i had to add extra sugar to it. nevertheless, i enjoyed having it.
2) french pressed coffee - this was something recommended by everyone to try. it’s a variety of black coffee. for those who enjoy super strong coffee and like the taste of black coffee will definitely enjoy this. it was strong and the best part was it did not have much bitterness to it.
3) hot chocolate - this was really good as well. it wasn’t overpowering. it had some chocolate shavings on the top, making it really appealing when it reached our breakfast table.

dessert - the chocolate cake here is amazing. the cake was super soft and moist. it had a nice chocolate frosting on top and a praline filling making this cake an absolute delight. this cake is a never miss.

also do checkout the bakery for their amazing pastries and sandwiches. looking at the wonderful options, bought some bakery food items to binge on.

the ambience was really nice. it has a nice and calm feeling to it. since it was raining today, it was nice to sit outside and eat. hot coffee, comfort food and good weather can never go wrong.

the service here is really good and hassle free. the staff were courteous. they got the food on time with no delays.

a wonderful breakfast place for a change.

wwwoooowwwwwwwwwww hearty meal ..i was having brunch there...and it was awesome ..the summer tartarine and the sweet delicacies... was finger licking and lip smackilicious... the best part they use sour dough and health consious food but cant regret the sweet part .... they ammmaazziinngg ...please do try it .. will come again.

a list on a blog site brought me here and i really liked the ambience although i had a takeaway because of the covid situation . based on reviews i tried their crossaint , quiche and almond crossaint . the menu is quite limited and slightly on tbe pricey side but i get why - because portion is huge and quality is excellent. all staff knew their pronunciation and that blew me away ! maybe next time here i'll try something more in a diner style.

ordering was quite an experience. first, i was constantly and without warning put on hold. then, they sent me the wrong order and when i tried to get in touch to explain, priya kept putting the phone down without warning so i was on hold for ten minutes, constantly saying “hello? hello?” then, they tried to blame it on the person who went to collect it. priya didn’t apologise or sound the least bit contrite. she didn’t thank me for making the effort to drive an hour (to and back) to return the wrong order.
