everything johnny schulze touches turns to delicious!. i love the bourbonstreetbarrel room because it is associated with one of the best chefs in the country, johnny schulze. i have eaten his creations over the course of many years in restaurants and other venues in louisiana, connecticut, and ohio, so i know how great his cajun, italian, and other dishes are. the last venue in which i was fortunate enough to sample his wares was astreetfestival, where i had a shrimp po boy he prepared in his food truck, zydeco bistro; and i look forward to a meal at the bourbonstreetbarrel room the next time i'm in ohio. i can hardly wait!
