steak frite not to be missed. it was a beautiful night, the chevre salade delicious, the steak frite and mac/cheese amazing and of course the infamous bouchon cake. service was average but the food was music to my palate

our second day in napa started out by bry and i driving another way into napa so we could see sonoma valley on the way. sonoma has such a dynamic landscape, we both thought it was much better to go this way, over the golden gate bridge, than over the bay

what a wonderful bistro, but you wouldn't expect less from the famed thomas keller of the french laundry. this bistro is so good with its pommes frites and great bar items. everything us top notch.

bustling, even after 10 p.m. on a sunday. best part? doesn't close after 8 p.m. you feel special. you feel like you're in wine country but you also feel... parisian. oh yeah, you definitely get what you pay for around here. don't miss the bakery either, right next to the restaurant - grab a pastry for the after dinner stroll! i've had luck without reservations, but no more than 2 in your party.

sensational!. i can't wait to get back to bouchon's. they provided one of my all-time favorite dining experiences. and, i hate the folks at an adjacent table that dine at bouchon's at least once a week.

on our last full day in napa valley, we woke up early - like 4:30 am early - to go hot air ballooning. afterwards, we were naturally pretty sleepy, so we headed back for a quick nap before our planned excursion to the sparkling wineries . of course, i'm t

frog's legs and duck confit. if you've never been to france to eat in a real bistro, this is as good as it can get. true to form bistro food, reasonable (for a keller restaurant) prices and they do their own breads daily. a wonderful experience of great countryside styled fare with a napa flair.
