there ultimately isn't a lot to say about bouchon except to generally praise it for the quality of its brasserie-style cuisine. arriving early for a 5:00 reservation, we sat at the long bar and enjoyed an absinthe drip from what was described as an antiqu

french dinning. this is a formal looking restaurant on the 3rd floor of venetian hotel. it is right behind the pool. normally you won't see this restaurant if you are in the casino, or on the 1st floor dinning/shopping area. very nice look retro restaurant with a bar, and pool side view. very french like! the food is pretty good, but i think it depends on what you order. most of the stakes are very tender, and taste great!! some of the pasta are just ok. but overall its a place that you would impress your date with.

average cost: $45 (not including drink)
food rating: 85%
decor rating: 85%
service rating: 85%

i loved everything about bouchon. stiff drinks, knowledgeable waitstaff, fresh salads, perfect entrees and delightful desserts. i'd eat here daily if i could!

tuesday morning in vegas started off like a typical day in l.a. i journaled, checked email, and hit the gym (elliptical and treadmill for 30 minutes, upper body weights for 25 and 5 minutes of stretching). then i did something not-so-typical.

cindy and i decided to take a short, 2 day, trip to las vegas as a break from the miserable weather in seattle. we go to vegas only once every few years for the food and the cirque de soleil shows. in our breif time there we were able to visit 4 really ex

cheese danish rocks!. fortunate to have attend the first annual "carnival of cuisine" last year and got to sample the goodies form bouchon. i will walk a marathon just to get a cheese danish from this place! it's like a cream cheese frosting with lemon zest on top of a flaky bed of goodness. on our last trip to vegas, we decided to go to bouchon for breakfast and loved every morsel! this restaurant can do no wrong! service was great and all staff were very friendly. i highly recommend this restaurant!

simply the best...period. best food and service i have ever enjoyed , bouchon at the venitian in las vegas- they have great respect for the food and patron.

i will have to say on my first trip to this resturant , the hanger steak was so amazing i must have done a "when harry met sally" because my reaction caused a " i'll have what she is having" at three surrounding tables.

the chicken and waffels served at sunday brunch are on a level all thier own... as is the pot de creme, everything - flawless and it is the cleanest most well run kitchen you have ever seen . ( i was lucky enough to have been given a tour)

every bite of every part of every meal i have ever enjoyed there was amazing . that would have been enough on its own, but add to that the level of service and the knowledge of the staff and the amazing pastrie chef who can make the most silky and intense pot de creme in the world.... foodie heaven... die and go there.... often.

i finally made it to bouchon, thomas keller’s french bistro! the restaurant is tricky to locate in the venetian hotel but well worth the search. we were lucky enough to get a table outside in the sun (which is next to one of the pools). it took an extraor

love the bouchon french thing. i love bouchon and the brasserie vibe.
i eat here every time i go to vegas, just can't get enough i guess.
i only eat at the bar (love the zinc!), and i always order steak frites and a beer. i will vary the appetizer, and i usually close with pernod or chartreuse -- 'cause they're french -- get it? ;)
do not fight yoru urge to go here, it's great!

imposters take note. brunch may seem like a simple thing to execute successfully. but if you visit thomas keller’s bouchon at the venetian in las vegas, you’ll realize that it’s all in the details. the setting is classic french bistro with dark hardwoods,

in a word: delicious, decadent, yummy. sorry, i could gush about bouchon, but i'll try to hold back. let me tell you what you have to order. you have to order the $7 oysters and you have to order the cheese platter. for my entree i had the duck breast; so rich. i could only eat a few bites.. my favorite thing wasn't even on the menu. the chef sent out a tomato sorbet with fennel. it was so refreshing. definitely hit bouchon. oh, and don't expect a stuffy french restaurant; it's a bistro.

great place and service, one of the best.. this is one of my favorites. excellent food and service, always. reminds me of a true "bouchon" from france, (and switzerland), but without the snooty waiters. the specials are always a must (after you try the regular menu) and the wine list is excellent. not cheap, but worth every penny!

best of the best. not only do you have five star service, but you also have some of the most inventive culinary experiences i have ever had. i have never tasted anything sub-par and i learned that if you call ahead, the chef will cater to anyone with a special diet. next time i go i will request a vegan entree, let's see what thomas keller comes up with!
